Never in my life would I expect this. I arrived in the drive through at 10:06 pm pulled up to the menu, there were 2 cars in front of me. I was asked for my order and stated to tell him item by item but there was no response. He asked again for my order so I repeated it which they were 6 different combo meals. At the same time I noticed the people in front of me getting out of there car. He repeated my order which two combos were totally wrong and I corrected him which he replied that's what you told me and I said no that's not what I told you. The screen went blank and he said tell me your order again, which I replied I told you twice but your not paying attention. Then I asked him to tell me what he remembers I asked to order and his comment in Spanish was to F÷€ my mother (yes I do speak Spanish as good as my English). Then the intercom went silent and I sat there. I seen the cat at the drive thru window yelling and shaking his bag out the window. This happened for a few minutes. While I was at the intercom 3 cars total pulled up behind me and left due to the long wait and no one moving. The 2 cars in front of me both drove off so I pulled up to the window, no one was there and I stayed there for about 3 minutes and no one came to the window. It seemed very odd not to see or hear from anyone as card were there so I called the police for a report to be made on what happened to me. While I sat at the window finally the manager vines from around the corner (Miguel I believe, need to check the police card given to me). He was still very rude, I asked why he did what he said and his best excuse was I was mad and fighting with the cars before you. I had my two sons in the car and at this time it is 10:26 pm (yes 20 mins no food, stuck in the drive thru and spoken to in a way that no one should). I told him I was waiting for the police since I called 911 he kept repeating he didn't care. The police came and asked my side of the story then had an employee open the door and the police spoke to the manager, got his full name and gave me his police car with the managers name to file a corporate complaint. Which I will do this week. This is by far the worst drive thru experience I have ever had and in such a nice city...
Read moreIt's a flaming hot day I stopped inside this Jack in the box mostly to get a small bite a few tacos which was fine charged me via cash given about $2.25 in quarters and .84 applied to credit card that to was fine I proceeded to go to the drinking fountain only to add or get ice for my bicycle thermos to get the water I have colder the manager ridiculed me and scorned me for using their drinking fountain for ice only proceeded to inform me that's for people that pay for soft drinks when all I wanted was to get some ice added to my bicycle drinking thermos. I feel that was a little brutal as I'm trying to escape the 100+ temperature. I wouldn't recommend anyone trying to escape the heat a paying customer entering only to be spoken to about the use of their drinking soda...
Read moreDriving back from a late night airport arrival, thought I would get a nice sandwich and curly fries combo - “drive through open 24 hrs” advertises the sign on the road - pull through and the guy at the ordering box says only doordash orders. I had never encountered this before and had to ask him twice to confirm that I, a paying customer, was being told I cannot order and pickup food but a doordash driver can. I just could not wrap my head around that - what logic could make this fast food store say no to customers who took the trouble to drive over to their restaurant? And to top it off, I had to wait behind 4 other cars in the drive through queue for over 20 minutes just so I could stew over it a little more. Get your act together Jack in the box!!!!! Not...
