L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Pleasanton

Came here in the last minute decision. Decided to have a change in my lunch today. I can see why this place has only three stars out of five. The lady working at the register was so occupied with opening up packages instead of taking orders for incoming customers. Not forgetting to mention the cooks in the back… And then in a woman keeps arguing or loud, do you think it was an episode of Gordon Ramsay. No nothing special about the quality of the food. It is after all a chain restaurant so it’s pretty consistent money come to the quality of the food however, the quality of the service could have been better.

I like L&L and the food is usually solid but my poor rating is due to the service (guy at the cashier is clueless and rude). I tried to get a drink after paying for my food with card and gave the guy some $1 coins and he didn't know what they were and would NOT accept them. Said "we don't need that."

Sorry bud, but just about the only qualifications for being a cashier are "know what money is and how to count it" and you failed even that. You shouldn't be a cashier if you don't know what money looks like much less be...

Place looks disgusting. The soda looks like it they haven’t changed the rim, they are sticky dirty and looks like something is growing around the bottom tray. Wow I can’t believe they are still around. But the food is good I couldn’t believe it. The spam musibi is small though. I got the bar b que mix plate and it taste good. Image doesn’t reflect the food. But hey I don’t k ow what the back kitchen looks like but maybe I don’t want...
