Subway — Restaurant in Pleasanton

New to the area, and I walked here with a co worker since its across the street from my job.

Came in around lunch time(12:15). I asked for a specialty sandwich and wanted to know if I could sub the protein. The worker stated that I cant, which was fine. I then mentioned that instead I would order a different sandwich, but she contonued to cut me off saying "no you cant do that...no...no". Even though i was preparing to order a completely different item, she continued to utter "no you cant do that".

I walked out and ordered hawaiin food next door(which was DELICIOUS, by the way). I'm NEVER eating at this location and have already started telling my other co workers to stop patronizing...

I can see why this location has only a one and ahalf star rating. Though the quality of the food is fresh, I paid extra for avocado and all I got was less than a quarter of an avocado for a buck and a half extra. I could’ve gotten a whole avocado for one dollar at the local grocery store with me when I come down here. There’s a service is mediocre and the friendless is less than expected like any other subway. I guess I’ll just have to buy an avocado for a dollar at the local grocery store and bring it here when I decide to have a sandwich from Subway.

Very rude staff with an attitude that customers are disposable. Had multiple items in the prepaid online order and was told that they don’t provide a paper bag to put all of them together. Upon requesting multiple times and saying that it’s impractical to carry all the items by hand, risking dropping them, rudely being told that it would cost 10 cents (if the online order had mentioned it, I wouldn’t mind adding that to the order. And I wasn’t carrying 10 cents on me). There are many other subways in the area. Never...
