First and foremost, the food was undeniably tasty. Every dish we sampled was a symphony of flavors that delighted our palates. Initially, we were skeptical if it would be enough to satisfy our group of four. To our surprise, the portion sizes turned out to be perfectly balanced, leaving us comfortably satiated. The dish that truly stole the show was the Oasis Curry. Its rich and aromatic blend of spices paired flawlessly with the fragrant basmati rice, creating a harmonious fusion of flavors. Additionally, the bread served alongside the curry was a delightful surprise. Its delicious taste and texture complemented the curry impeccably, adding another layer of satisfaction to the meal. The attentive service provided by our waitress deserves commendation. She anticipated our needs and ensured our glasses remained filled with refreshing water throughout the meal, without us needing to ask. Her attentiveness added to the overall positive experience. The skewers we ordered were a true delight. They were tender, juicy, and bursting with succulent flavors. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing the skillful execution of the culinary team. Lastly, I must mention the pumpkin borani, a dish that exceeded all expectations. The combination of the velvety pumpkin and the well-suited sauce created a remarkable balance of textures and flavors. It was a standout highlight and a true testament to the chef's creativity. In conclusion, the food was not only delicious but also provided the perfect amount to satisfy our group. The Oasis Curry, accompanied by the delightful bread, left a lasting impression. The attentive service, tender skewers, and delightful pumpkin borani all contributed to a memorable culinary journey. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful oasis of flavors.

It's REALLY apparent, we've been stuck indoors for too long. Most of Pleasanton Downtown was packed. Oasis being one. Thank you to the Oasis team, the service was great, given the rush! So why the 3 stars? It was pricey, meals and drinks. We want to help all small businesses and will do what we can - but an entree and 1 drink will run you ~$40. Secondly, if you're going anytime in the cooler months, dress appropriately - nights are cold in the valley AND the heaters are sparse. You can request one, but with tables being set at a distance share one heater. The perks of Oasis - food! Garlic Lamb Shank Tender lamb, comes off the bone, but doesn't fall apart. The cook and flavor was very traditional and authentic. The shank is presented on a bed of mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. But it's the juices of the shank that really bring this dish together. The richness is built from the fat of the shank, which is mixed with the marinated spices, and reduced a bit - it really is a nice "dip" on a full bite. Chicken Kabobs (To me) they were a bit dry and cold. Being it was 44F, and were were sitting outside, I think I wanted a more of a warmer meal. The flavor though was spot on, the charred spices really came out. The dish comes with several options for sides - we got the Crispy Spicy Potatoes. They were definitely crispy, and soft on the inside and had a hint of spice, but no heat. You also get a choice of dips, and the Creamy Cilantro was spot on!

The food, service and atmosphere were all great! I brought flowers for my lady and the waitress immediately brought over a shiny metal champagne bucket on a stand and put the roses in there. I thought that was very considerate. We ordered the hummus appetizer which came with home made flat bread that was warm and mouth watering. For our entrees we ordered shrimp and beef skewers that came with a side of your choice. We both choose garlic mashed potatoes. You could also choose a side sauce which was fantastic. The atmosphere was cozy and well decorated and the mixed drinks were supposedly the best my lady ever had. I need to take her word on this because I don’t drink alcohol but she loved it so much she ordered another. I think it was a blueberry martini with sugar around the rim. Will return for sure!!! Btw Pleasanton is such a warm and cozy town to take an after dinner walk.

I spent lunch here with a couple of my girlfriends and I enjoyed my experience here. It was a sunny and warm day so we decided to sit outside in the patio area.

We ordered the hummus trio for the appetizer, which was regular hummus, spinach hummus, and jalapeño hummus. I was surprised that it didn't come with pita chips, or something to dip it in. Instead, we kept getting baskets of flatbread. I didn't try the jalapeño one because I was afraid it might be spicy. But I did try the other two and I thought they were delicious.

We each ordered the Oasis mix grille, which is any two of their kabobs, a side, and a sauce. I got the shrimp kabob and the chicken kabob, a side of mashed potatoes, an the tomato lime salata. The salata is really pico de gallo so I suggest ordering a different sauce if you want something different. The waitress suggested the garlic sauce to one of my friends, which I'll get next time.

The kabobs were cooked to perfection! The chicken had a good char but was still moist. And the shrimp had really good flavor. The mashed potatoes had a hint of garlic. But next time I want to get the seasoned rice because it's a big portion size and it looked good. We were so stuffed that we didn't have for dessert.

It looks quaint on the outside, and nicely decorated on the inside. I would love to come back to try the other options...
