I recently hosted a baby shower for my daughter at my home and hired Pleasanton Catering Company to ease my worries about feeding the guests. Disclaimer: I get nothing for writing this review. There are no discounts or coupons awaiting me. I’m writing this review as I (and every single one of my guests) were blown away by the excellent food provided and I believe people need to know when a business is not only doing it right, but exceeds industry standards. The communications I received from the moment I sent my inquiry until the day of my event was a masterclass in customer service. Every email was quick, courteous and professional.

And then there’s the food… Oh my God, THE FOOD!!

My guests all raved about every dish (and my stomach growls just thinking of it all!). The ingredients were all so fresh and flavorful and this company lives up to its high star ratings!

Avoid this company at all cost. My order was cancelled literally a day before my event via email, not even a phone call. I called the office to confirm, the lovely person answering my call had a very nasty attitude all while dealing with her kid’s meltdown in the background. Then I get an email today (day of event) asking why if I wanted to confirm my order. Absolutely horrible service, Yelp has many additional reviews similar to mine. If you want to take a chance at being completely disappointed and lose a lot of money (very expensive menu) then you can try them but I wouldn’t trust a business as such after seeing so many reviews of the...

This is good company, if you have catering needs for events you better talk to them or go to their web site and you will find good choices of food items and services that comes with the food they prepared. I saw them online and booked them to prepare, deliver and manage the food setup and the whole food tables end to end. They arrived on time as planned, setup the food and kept them at the right conditions for guests to enjoy. We ordered various food selections and they all turned out well, great job they did.I will use them...
