I generally enjoy Panda Express, but the employees here were rude and wouldn’t allow us to sit down and eat our meal since it was 30 minutes prior to closing (even though there were people already eating there). They only had a few items left which some of them should have been thrown out because they were not fresh (chicken was hard and crispy, not a full serving either). Also, the employee poured back some chow mein that had already been packaged. To me, it just seemed that they are not about providing fresh food for their customers. It made us feel rushed and like we had to hurry up and eat our food with 4 adults and 3 kids. The team members were extremely unfriendly and nobody ever smiled the entire time we were there. The employees acted more like the customers were an inconvenience than anything else. Daniel started helping me, and after choosing Teriyaki as my first side, I requested the same again. However, Carol, who I assume is the manager, abruptly took over, giving me a portion half the size. When I questioned this, she was rude and insisted it was the standard portion. This is the second time I've experienced poor service from her.
