Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Pleasanton

I stopped in here on my way home this evening with my mom and my daughter. My mom ordered a medium eggnog latte, I ordered a medium skinny vanilla latte and my daughter ordered a medium chai tea latte. After waiting for about 4 minutes the young man calls my name soni walk up and he says "I dont have enough eggnog to make a medium I can throw some whole milk or half and half on top if that's ok" my mom walks over and I tell her what he said she was like oh ok half and half is fine. She got her drink and it was more like half of it was half and half. Then we wait another 5 mins and he calls out my name again and says I have your other two drinks up. I grab my latte and sip it. Immediately I can tell he did not use nonfat milk. So i asked you did make this with sugar free vanilla and nonfat milk right? He looks at me, pauses and then says yes. I said are you sure? Because this tastes like 2% milk (yes I can tell the difference) he then says well I may have accidentally used 2%milk give it back I'll make another one. At this point I'm done so I just left. Bottom line is dont go in this store if you expect to get your $5 coffee the way...

I’m kind of fed up with the store every time I go my mocha Frappuccino taste completely different. The people there keep getting my order wrong like how do you pick small when I say large and then the barista gives me attitude when I say they gave me the wrong size And she doesn’t wanna fix the order and then she says OK I’ll do it this time but you gotta pay next time when I told her I don’t mind paying. I went in to try a new drink matcha coconut water. I know it sounds gross. AND IT WAS lol ! But I hopped on the hype train and definitely came right off. Oh well! I went to order something else and he Ethan (I think that’s his name) said it’s okay the drink is on the house. I told him many times it’s okay I’ll pay. And he didn’t want to let me pay.
