I ordered for delivery. When the food arrived I received a order of "cheesy bread" that I did NOT order. I told the nice gentleman that and he said he would have to take the order back and have it fixed, then come back again with my food. I told him "that's crazy" and he said "you know what it's ok, it's our fault, just take it" .. which I feel was the right thing to do. However in his tip I included the price of the cheesy bread because he was really nice about it. BUT THEN.... after my guests and I started eating about 10 mins later we hear a knock on the door. It was the same nice man returning to let me know that he had to take back the cheesy bread because his boss said she needed it back. So I handed back a cheesy bread that we started to eat just so the lady in charge could throw it in the trash! At that point I was kind of embarrassed because my guest were enjoying it. That lady is the perfect example of bad management. I live across the street; do you think I'm going to still order from you and give you my money? It's a shame you were scheduled to work tonight. But I won't complain too much about how to forgot my extra sauces I asked for.. I even called back to remind you. But I didn't receive them. And the fact that I wrote this before eating the food I do still have in front of me because I had to share how bad of a "manager" you are. Read moreSo today I ordered a pizza and wings through the dominoes app where it states that if I do curbside pickup and they have not delivered my food to the car in 2 minutes or less that I would receive a free pizza for my next order. I arrived at the Conshohocken ridge pike dominoes at 7:20 pm and alerted the app that I was there the timer on the app began to countdown and at 7:21 the dominoes crew had stopped my timer with 1:22 minute left. I did not receive my pizza until 7:26 pm so it was to my surprise when “Manager” Hope told me that I could not receive a free pizza because it was not there policy at dominoes that it was “only a dominoes app thing” is what she said and that there is nothing she can do about it. The app was not able to give me a free pizza because she stopped the timer from counting down to my free pizza. I am very bother and disappointed with how everything was handled and will definitely think twice before I order from this dominoes again. Thank you Manager Hope for all the help you did...
Read moreMy kids and their friends wanted dominos on a Friday night, so we order at 6:30…expected it to be busy. An hour later it still said being prepped. Tried calling to see if the order was received and hung up after 10 mins of no answer. Tried calling back at 1.5 hrs, same deal, no answer after 10 mins. Gave up because we thought maybe they closed early and was going to call in the morning to get a refund. 9:30 comes around, just got the kids in bed and the doorbell rings and it was the dominos delivery…really? Three hours later you thought I’d want the pizza? Was totally caught off guard and didn’t want to give the delivery guy a hard time, so I accepted the food and it went uneaten. Tried calling for a refund the next day and they refused because we accepted delivery. I’m sure staffing shortages are causing issues, but after 3 hours you’d think you’d get a call asking if you still wanted the pizza, considering there is no online option to cancel.
