Just plain terrible! My wife and I have been going to, or ordering takeout from, Franzone's for many years. Over the past few years, there has been a noticeable decline in quality. Over the past year, every pizza has been over-cooked and dried out. Yes, their pizza is thin, but that is no excuse for burning it. Again, been going downhill. A couple of months ago, it was bad and I told my wife, "That's it - no more Franzones!" We had our grandkids over this past weekend. Pizza time! So we decided to give Franzone's one more try, despite out better judgment. Called and ordered 2 large plain pizzas, large order of Fries, and mozzarella sticks. My wife picked it all up. $47+. Where do I begin? The fries were lousy. Not done enough but not a good taste. The mozzarella sticks were over-cooked and almost hard as a result. But the pizza? Terrible, terrible, terrible. Way over-cooked. The crust was hard. They don't apparently clean their ovens since there was tons of burned cheese and other junk all over the bottom of the pizzas. But the worst thing was the sauce and cheese. Completely non-edible. Very well done. No longer was the cheese like, well, cheese. It was like plastic. The sauce was dark and dried out. Even the grandkids did not want to eat this junk. Pizza is my favorite. I could not even eat it. A couple of days later, I decided to reheat it in the microwave, hoping it would be better. Wrong! Tasteless and terrible. I know most of the reviewers here rave about Franzones. I used to agree. Not any longer....

Only reason we ordered from them is because my girl and our child like their pizza for some reason and needed food before work. We called in a delivery at 6:20 and a girl took our order. She said an hour (crazy, but acceptable). I waited until 7:37 because my girl had to go to work at 7:40. The girl said “the guy is on his way the computer says”. Now remember that… computer! Now it’s 8:20 I call again because now I’m starving and it’s been 2 hours. They let the phone ring for ever and for some reason a man answers. He had the decency to try telling me I ordered it curb side when his employee literally saw the information on the computer in front of her. Take responsibility for your mess up. It’s pathetic to try to blame a customer when you’re clearly in the wrong. You also messed up our previous delivery by giving us someone else’s order and tried every excuse in the book to not bring our original order. If you can’t delivery properly go through a third party. Most want between 15%-25%. Increase your prices accordingly and resolve this issue. As long as I don’t get forced into eating here, you’ll never get my...

I usually stop in for a couple slices of pizza on my lunch break from work because I love the pizza at the original franzones in bridgeport near norristown when ever I get an opportunity I haven't been going to the Conchohocken location but a few times and this particular day I stopped in I was starving and opted for a pizza cheese steak And what through me for a loop and turned me off is when I saw the Mexican worker blow his nose and not Wash his hands and I told the guy at the register that he had to wash his hands before he made my steak and he said he wasn't making it and I said fine but he Went right to the pizza station and started messing with the pizza dough and never wased his hands that was it for me right there because I thought that was crazy and dirty that's #1 and for #2 I watched how they store their pizza Which is to be sold by the slice. That's not cool just stacked on a 4 to 5 tier unit in the open air were any thing bug wise can fly or crawl on them not cool or sanitary it's a naww for my I seen all...

My family and I stopped here on a cold Saturday evening for a late dinner after 9pm. The bar area was busy and loud (as one would expect on Saturday night), but there were tables available in the back room area by the to-go drink coolers. The dining room wasn't the cleanest, but the servers were friendly and helpful. They were quick in taking our order and checked on us after bringing our food. The kitchen made a mistake on a part of our order, but the waitress took care of it for us quickly. The meat on the cheesesteaks was a bit overcooked and dry, but everything was fresh, especially the lettuce and tomato on our food, and my daughter's salad. We had fried pickles as an appetizer and they were really good, as were the large bowl of french fries that we had. We also shared a chicken parmesan sandwich which was really tasty, with my wife really liking the sauce on it. All in all, a good late dinner at a casual Italian restaurant.

We doordashed the Conshohocken restaurant and decided to get dinner too. My husband loved their pie. The sauce is on the sweeter side. Boardwalk style. I loved their Mac n cheese bites and their French fries were good too. Burger wasn't bad either but not a fan of their pretzel bites. They are similar to your typical grocery store bites. Nothing special. Prices aren't bad. I feel we got a decent amount of food with good portion size for about $45. Would definitely recommend!

We picked up two large pies. The plain pie: The sauce was a bit sweet, which I’m not used to, but it actually blended nicely with the cheese and crust. The crust was solid and the bottom wasn’t soggy—really good overall. The Greek pie: It was okay. A little dry, not much cheese, and kind of overloaded with toppings. We also got the pizza fries: This was our least favorite. They were mushy, and I couldn’t really taste the fries (it just didn’t come together well).
