My wife placed an online order on 7/13/25 at 7:14pm. Got the email notification stating food will be ready by 7:30pm. We get there and food was not ready by that time. 5 minutes of waiting turned to 15 minutes and then 30 minutes and then 60 minutes! Yes, you read that right. Our order wasn’t even that big. It was only a $27 order. It wasn’t just our order but everyone’s order was delayed by a lot. It also seemed like they were only working on smaller orders 1st. One customer even wanted to cancel and get a refund but was told by the lead employee that he couldn’t and that only a manager could. You could hear the employees complain and were listening to vulgar music. After confronting the employee, he was disrespectful and yelled at me. He didn’t want to give us their name. This will be our 1st and last time here. We will be contacting corporate and the store manager tomorrow for a refund. To top it off, our order was made incorrectly. Read moreI don't know where to begin there was so much wrong with my experience. For starters, it took two hours to get my food. An hour and a half after I arrived and was promised that it would be ready. During this 90-minute wait there was no communication. When I finally did get my order, it was cold, substituted, and shorted. All of it cold, not just some. I overheard them mention they were out of wings. This was not communicated to the customers. They took it upon themselves to sub boneless without mentioning it. That is not the same product, not a fair swap(cheaper), and a lie. At least it was something since I was completely shorted my fries, carrots, and celery. This location should "un-open" until they re-evaluate and fix everything. Get a competent manager on-site for a while. FWIW, even with a dozen or more customers and delivery drivers waiting everyone was polite. Read moreI stopped in for lunch with my husband and left extremely disappointed. After paying for my order, I was later told the stove wasn’t working and the food wasn’t ready. While waiting, I noticed employees behind the stove attempting to fix it without wearing gloves. They then continued handling food without washing their hands, which raised serious health and safety concerns.
When I requested a refund, I was told the store could not process it because I paid with a credit card. Instead, I would need to wait for corporate to issue the refund. This not only caused an inconvenience but also showed a lack of proper customer service procedures.
Between the faulty equipment, unsanitary practices, and inability to provide an immediate refund, this experience was unacceptable, especially for a newly opened location.
