This has to be by far the worst Domino’s in all of Minnesota the management is absolutely poor and the team on Sunday night that they had tonight is absolutely the most unprofessional the most unsanitary, the most rudest, and the most disrespectful team I have ever come across. This Domino’s should honestly be shut down. It is always dirty. It is always disgusting. The food is never prepared right and they cannot seem to ever get the orders correctly. It is absolutely sad that the community of Plymouth who have been Funding This Domino’s to stay alive gets treated with such poor customer service and to be told by an employee who works there because they don’t know how to greet when somebody is standing at the counter that we have to see their side or be on the other side of the counter is extremely rude. When you choose to work in this profession, your job is to make food for the customers that keep your doors open. Honestly, I believe wholeheartedly that the city appointment Should not support or buy from this Domino’s whatsoever. This is a poorly ran, and a poorly display of what customer service looks like and feels like. I highly recommend everybody in the city Plymouth to honestly give your money and your orders to the Domino’s Pizza off of Vicksburg, where customer service is top-notch. It is absolutely sad that this dominoes is still in business and it’s even more sad that customer service from this location, considering the area of which serves is not being more respected. Please close your doors and each one of you need to look for a new job especially the team that was there Sunday night at 9 PM on Sunday February 16th. From the Hispanic delivery driver to the taller Caucasian gentleman that was working on Boxing pizzas up to the manager that was too busy to speak to me about my order spending $80 tonight and not being greeted when I walked in and had to stand there for an additional One minute and to be talked to the way that I talk to was outright just rude and as a person that works for the city of Plymouth, I will do everything in my power to let all members that I know in all businesses know not to order from this location please just...
Read moreWe placed an online order for 10 pizzas at 2:00 PM on 6/6/2025, with a scheduled pickup time of 5:45 PM. We arrived at 5:40 PM and found the location extremely busy, with many customers visibly upset and waiting for their orders.
My partner approached the counter to check on our order but was not given any clear update. Staff appeared confused, trying to sort out which pizzas belonged to which orders, and he was told it would be about 5 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes, he asked again and was told it would be 5 more minutes—still without anyone verifying his name or order details.
Another 15 minutes passed, and he followed up once more. This time, he was told that 9 of the 10 pizzas were ready, and they were waiting on the last one. When the final pizza was supposedly finished, he was handed only 9 pizzas. Staff admitted they had miscounted again and would need to remake one. By this point, nearly 50 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Frustrated and out of patience, he chose to leave with the 9 pizzas. Since the order had been prepaid, I did not receive a refund for the missing pizza, and he didn’t want to wait any longer given the situation. This was a disappointing experience and not what we expected after placing our order...
Read moreTerrible experience with Dan the manager. Employees were pleasant and pizza was as expected for a typical “low cost pizza”. On the day we move into the neighborhood we decided to order pizza for our friends who helped us to move. A friend of ours ordered the pizza for us with my wife’s card. When the pizza arrived I noticed it was dominos and thought it’s not “Premium” pizza but it tastes good and is economical. That was until I saw the price... $43.00 for two large pizzas from dominos??? One of them was cheese also. I looked online and found many dominos coupons that would indicate less than half of that price ($20.99 for two larges and a 2 liter of coke as one example) so I decided to call and ask them for simply an opportunity to match their own online deals. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I hung up and called back only to wait an additional 10 min to speak to Dan the manager who proceeded to tell me all about how dominos is a nation wide chain who spends lots of money on marketing and we should have known to ask for a deal and no he wouldn’t do anything for me. The pizza was fine and all other employees were understanding as even one employee said “wow, that is expensive”. For $43.00 I could have easily had 4 pizzas. Either way, hopefully they enjoy the additional $20.00 they gouged from us as they will no longer have...
