The pizza is good but one of the workers needs an attitude adjustment. We were remembered by name from a time when a that employee yelled at us for wearing masks during a pickup. At the time, we responded to the harrassment by reporting it. Because of that, today's order was sabatoshed, and it's clear someone somewhere is holding a grudge.
The same person from back then was working the register and wouldn't say a word to us. Zero customer service etiquette. Got home and found out that our portion of cheesy bread was loaded with jalapeno peppers, when we had ordered "light" or "few". I'd describe it as borderline unedible. All this because someone remembered us by name, and had a problem with us wearing masks for a pickup order several months ago. The silence from the employee working the register today feels like a clear indicator that they think it's a problem we're customers at this location.
I can't justify ordering from here anymore. Places like Kwik Trip and Walmart also serve pizzas that are just as good. I'd rather buy goods elsewhere than be a victim of targeted...
Read moreFirst order: Domino’s delivered the wrong food. We were hungry, so we ate it — only for them to call 25 minutes later asking if they could pick it back up and redeliver it. (Hard pass.)
Fast forward a week: we try again, armed with their “free pizza” email coupon. App wouldn’t take the coupon, store couldn’t either, so I paid $26 for a medium pizza and cheesy bread that should’ve been about $14.
Order was placed at 6:02, “ready in 8–18 minutes.” I showed up at 6:20. Watched folks who ordered at 6:35 walk out with their food while I sat there until 7:20. Finally they admitted my order was probably given to a driver by mistake and canceled it altogether.
In the end, Kwik Trip saved the day: 2 minutes, full pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and no drama. Domino’s: when a gas station is faster, cheaper, and more reliable, maybe it’s time to rethink your recipe for success.
It's hard to believe, but Taco Bell has a contender for worst service...
Read moreWe love ordering from dominos and have never had a problem with our orders (the staff has been great!). However, ordering delivery for us is FRUSTRATING to say the least. We can’t order online because our address is “out of the delivery area,” we live 4.9 miles from the store, which yes, some may say why not just go pick it up if it’s such a hassle? Because we have a newborn. So, in order to place a delivery order we have to call. Which is a NIGHTMARE. The automated system: “You’re not in the delivery area.” From the automated system we get kicked to a customer service rep, they also, claim we are “out of the area,” and today after finally getting through to the actual store, our calls were disconnected THREE SEPARATE TIMES. Really sad, because after all that, we ended up getting food elsewhere. Sorry dominos but your call in ordering...
