Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

Alert! Did a late run to Dunkin before getting on the interstate for a long drive North to Maine. Ordered 2 coffees and 4 donuts. Got to location to pick-up and was asked "what?" Through the order board by staff. We told her that we had a mobile order, the staff said that there were no donuts. I asked if there were any other pastries to replace them. She said there were only loaves and that 4 donuts were the equivalent 2 loaves. I informed her that the donuts were supposed to be for 3 people, so could we make it 3 loaves since they were not what we ordered. She said no. So I asked for a refund. She said she couldn't do a refund. She then had the gall to tell me that we were getting a deal by getting 2 strawberry lemon loaves, I couldn't hold back when I told her that we weren't, because they weren't anything we wanted, and to have a nice night. I’ve NEVER had any issues with the employees at this particular branch; there have been times when I’ve been disappointed because they didn’t have anything in stock but that doesn’t happen on a regular basis. There are a couple girls in the morning that are extraordinarily nice and accommodating, but there’s a little cutie pie named Sara that works on the evening shift that is just awesome! Super nice, always smiling and VERY CARING about her duties as an employee, always keeping the store fully stocked and she even cares about the presentation! My wife, myself and a friend of mine stopped in here to cool off. My wife ordered an ice tea, I had a frozen coffee and my friend had a small hot coffee. There was a young man who took our order and a young woman who took care of our order. It was very busy with the drive up an all but there was zero wait. Those two work well together.
