If you’re tired of sterile chain coffee shops and looking for a spot with charm, character, and real soul, Kiskadee Coffee is it.
The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by warm brick walls, a funky mix of old wood floors, eclectic artwork, and that golden smell of fresh espresso and pastries. It feels like stepping into your best friend’s artsy apartment, if they also happened to make a killer lavender latte.
What We Loved: Drinks with Depth From your classic drip to matcha lattes and even frozen chais, everything here is clearly made with care. You’re not getting push-button brew you’re getting hand-crafted, flavorful drinks with personality.
Savory & Sweet Selection The bagels are fresh, and the baked goods case was stocked with muffins, banana bread, and housemade cookies that look like they actually belong in a real bakery. Pro tip: grab a Chicken Jalapeño panini or go all-in with the Turkey Brie.
Atmosphere This place has soul. Cozy booths, mismatched art, and exposed brickwork give it a unique, lived in comfort. The kind of place you could write a novel in or just catch up with a friend for hours.
Staff Genuinely friendly. The kind that remembers your order after a few visits and makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.
Final Take:
Kiskadee is more than a coffee shop, it’s an experience. It’s where caffeine meets community and where your bagel comes with a side of good vibes. Don’t skip this one if you’re in town.

Read moreDecent coffee, but rude service. We walked in with 30 minutes left before they closed, and they acted like we were "those people" showing up minutes before closing up shop.We were just trying to look at the menu a few feet back from the counter and the guy in the "pick up here" line turned around and told us that this spot is for pick up only. Didn't know I had to stand in a certain spot just to look at the menu. But ok. Then when we were ready to order, my mom asked him to repeat the options for milk and the guy seemed so inconvenienced. Stood up straighter, sighed and gave a good eye roll, and then proceeded to give the 4-option spiel again. Once our coffees came out, my dad was looking for half and half to add to his americano, but apparently they already put them up (now 25 minutes until closing) and seemed annoyed once again. For 3 coffees and a hot chocolate, our grand total came to about $12 which I thought definitely beats Starbucks. But, I think we'll take our $12 elsewhere for better service and a place that doesn't have wires and sockets hanging out of the wall. To our server, hope you have a better...
Read moreI have been commuting to Plymouth every day for months and searching for my favorite cafe. My experience at Kiskadee was disappointing with by far the worst service I could have imagined. The young woman working the counter did not greet me nor ask for my order, leaving me awkwardly waiting for some signal that I could order my drink. The drink I ordered was out of stock and her response was a simple sorry with no recommendation of what else I might order. I did not order food as I was so uncomfortable I simply wanted to leave. I am very saddened that my experience was so poor as I was very excited to try the handcrafted tea. I will not be returning to this establishment. I recommend you find any other establishment in town for your morning...
