Hostess was warm and welcoming. We walked in at 6 p.m. on a Friday evening without a reservation. We were seated no problem. The bar seemed lively and friendly with locals. The waitress was quick to introduce herself (Devin and she is a peach) and bring us water while we browsed the specials. The service was perfect from beginning to end. I had the lamb meatballs... delicious and paired it with the Baia salad. My daughter stuck to what she knows cheese pizza, but did try the meatballs and loved them. We shared dessert, a lemon berry mascarpone cake...YUM. It was a perfect preshow dinner just a quick walk to the Spire Center for our concert. We will be back!

We thought we’d give this new restaurant a try a we all like Mediterranean food. It did not disappoint! I had chicken kabob which was delicious and my mom had the salmon (which I tried too & perfectly cooked) my brother had the steak (tried a piece of that too & it was very juicy). My daughter & niece loved their kabobs too! The spanakopita was very flaky and delicious. We ordered the yummy chocolate cake to split for dessert. Our server (which I forgot to get her name) was very attentive so she gets an “A” for her service. We will be back for sure!

July2023: Specials highlight the kitchen's ability, so I recommend trying them. Service wasn't bad, but smiling & some warmth would go a long way. Oct2023: Properly cooked pork chop & ample dish for price. Enjoyed a yummy pasta dish this time & ordered 2 colorful cocktails that while festive, were not so delicious as to order again. Next time, we'll try a more traditional drink to see if bartenders can deliver given some past reviews.

I was so happy to try this restaurant most all reviews I read were from the summer and well I guess that is a better time to come to the restaurant. I want to give a one star for the food and will explain and a 5 star for the over all experience with our waiter and the atmosphere. Our waiter was fantastic. But now let's go into the concerns. I ordered for start the calamari and lamb meatballs, the calamari was over cooked, fantastic flavors but overcooked veery rubbery and the meatballs looked like the were reheated more than once and we're hard to cut and let's just say we sent them back. Flavor good, old dry hard texture. An off night I guess, now drinks I ordered a bourbon based martini, first one, fantastic so I order a second one and um had to say, did they forget the bourbon? Drinks not consistent. Now the food a white pizza, a pepperoni based pizza and the special filet mignon, excited, happy, celebrating my birthday, white pizza, fantastic, other pizza salty but still okay, filet I ordered medium rare to rare, came out medium... Family said don't complain it still was good and tender and that was true, then tasted the potato wedges (keeping words and descriptions simple) and OMG, tasted like nothing but vinegar and as if the were precooked and reheated, gross, so I complained nicely again and was told they could substitute it with rice. Ok, well the rice was so over cooked it was gummy sticking together and not grainy, tasted okay but ever bite into over cooked rice? it's like biting into paste. And for 50.00 for one entire, I expected it to be a lot better... I will not recommend this place for the off season but will recommend that the owners do a fall to winter menu that may have better options that a cook can reheat as sure a chef did not cook my meal or the others fresh. I like high end resturarts, but not those pretending to be just with a great staff and a great atmosphere. Before someone says it was an off day, when I told the waiter the lamb meatballs weren't that good he went, "oh dry and hard" as if it were a question to me. Well, dah, if you knew others had complained about them by saying that then why are they on the menu still... If you could tell when you picked them up then have them redone, I was so...

We had reservations, but we’re not seated for a while when we arrived - the hostess was ignoring us for about 15 minutes and helping other people that came after us. Once she figured out where to squeeze us, we were put at a make-shift table outside the bathrooms!!! Someone came and just reached in front of us while we were talking and grabbed an extra candle that was on our make shift table. The noise was ridiculous, no care was taken to sound proof the restaurant and it was obnoxiously loud. Margarita was awful and tasted like lemon juice! Limes go in Margaritas not lemons! The food was not good or plentiful. The bread was stale and rock hard, the Kale Caesar had no personality and the chicken kabob was literally two small skewers; one with minimal chicken pieces and the other with a couple veggies. They were sitting on a small 1/8 cup of rice which was not the rice described on the menu. I ordered a side of sautéed mushrooms, there was a very minimal amount of mushrooms lost on a plate. My husband had the Lamb Shank which was extremely small and flavorless. Because the Skinny Margarita I ordered tasted like **! I thought the safest option was to just order Tequila on the rocks with a splash of club soda and a lime, which is what is served with a Margarita. When I asked the waiter what types of Tequila they had, he had no idea and showed me his order screen with list of Tequila names which was hard for me to read-I tried one he recommended and it tasted like rubbing alcohol! Very strange-Tequila usually has a pleasant taste on the rocks. I would not recommend this place, I’m actually shocked that it was that busy-one and DONE for us!

::::::::UPDATE:::::::::: 10/2023

Thought we would give this place another try-Had reservations, seated upon arrival. It was not busy and the waitress could clearly see us seated. The waitress visited several tables, several times, but ignored our table-we were really hungry-so after being ignored for 25 minutes-WE LEFT That’s it! No more chances for this...

I ordered an antipasto for two, and my girlfriend ordered a pizza bianco. She requested that they add chicken to her pizza, the kitchen refused and offered pork based alternatives, which is unfortunate because my girlfriend has halal dietary restrictions. Please consider this in the future.

Also, our server (Beyza) was not particularly attentive, we never received our bread despite asking for it, and she confirmed it. It's obvious that she was prioritizing the other diners l based on the amount of alcohol they ordered.

The antipasto was quite nice, but I received such a small amount of honeycomb that I had to ask an unrelated waiter (Beyza was AWOL for 90% of the meal) for clarification...evidently they just ran out and could only provide a teaspoon sized portion. No apologies given.

The pizza bianco was so-so according to my girlfriend.

Eventually the manager came over and my girlfriend mentioned the issue, and an additional portion of pesto was provided. However, none of the waitstaff offered a solution, only an excuse.

Unfortunately, good food served neglectfully, still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I hate to sound like a boomer, but we felt disrespected and disregarded from start to finish. We won't be returning.

P.S. We went to Mamma Mia's...
