Very disappointed with our experience here. We decided to stop here for dinner because we were seeing a show nearby, and this place had very good reviews and their menu looked quite promising.

When we walked in, we noticed the restaurant was quite busy, with a few very large parties being served. Perhaps this is the reason behind the extremely poor service. When we came in, our host seemed frantic because he needed spare chairs to seat us at our table. He asked other employees, who seemed bothered that he was asking for help and were, in my opinion, not very polite to him when he asked for help. I felt bad for the guy, because he seemed very friendly and genuine but was met with grumpiness from his co-workers.

We were seated at a table, where our server came quickly to take our beverage orders. Things started off fine. After getting our drinks, we put in our food order right away, having looked at the menu online before coming. Then we waited and waited. It was busy, so we understood the wait. However, the big issue we had was with the service of of the wait staff. When another server dropped off our appetizer, he said "This yours?," dropped it at the table and left before we could respond. The mozzarella cheese bread was fine.

Then we waited again. Our waitress walked by, took my empty soda glass, walked past me, then circled back as if she forgot where she had gotten it from. She didn't say a word to us. We waited again, for 20-25 minutes, until our pizza was dropped off, again without a word. The pizza was disappointing, to say the least. Cut poorly and difficult to eat. We'd have asked to have it cut again had any stopped or noticed us at all. There was also something burnt, about 3" long, possibly a piece of crust from another pizza that made it's way onto the tray. Quite off-putting.

At the end of our meal, our waitress refilled my husband's water, but brought it to the wrong table. When she returned, she off-handedly remarked that she had been working since 10:00 am and was tired, then promptly left without another word.

She dropped off the bill, not saying a word, just dropping it on the table as she walked by. By this point, the restaurant had cleared out considerably. As we were getting up to leave, she asked, "Oh, do you guys need a box?" We said no, leaving much of the pizza uneaten.

So overall, disappointing. We will not return. The food, honestly, was ok. Not terrible, but not stellar by any stretch. Service was absolutely terrible, among the worst I have ever experienced. It is sad to see employees in the restaurant business be rude to their co-workers, ignore customers, and during brief exchanges complain...

We were having a small wedding, 15 people, and spoke with a manager months before the wedding about doing a take out order of a few of their pastas and a large tub of salad for 15 people. The manager assured us this was no problem. We got some food to go as a taste test and it was fine. Speaking to the manager, we asked to put down a payment of some sort ahead of time to secure our place. She said that wasn't necessary, and just call two weeks before the wedding to place the order and we could pick it up whenever it worked for us on the day of the wedding. So we called two weeks before the wedding, spoke to the manager, and she said that they don't serve family size platters of their pastas, and that if we wanted salad for 15 people, she could only do 15 styrofoam to go containers of salad. She also said that Saturdays were busy for them, could we pick the pasta up earlier in the day. We said fine, how do we reheat it, and she said we can't reheat it because the noodles of the lasagna would lose their shape, so we would have to eat it when they decided we could pick it up (which happened to be in the middle of the wedding ceremony). It really felt like they went out of their way to not have us order from them, they changed their tune entirely and we're being incredibly difficult to work with. So with ten days left before the wedding we ended up ordering from another restaurant that worked out much better for us. I was disappointed because I've been going to Latuff's my whole life and have never had a bad experience, but they really added unnecessary stress to me...

This used to be a go-to place for pizza, but the last 2 times have been horrendous. The time before we placed our order and when I showed up, they had no record of our order and I was not in the mood for waiting another 1/2 hour (or more) for them to start making our pizzas then.

I vowed never again, but last night we decided to give them another try. After all, it had been over 6 months and maybe they were having a bad day. We placed an order for 2 large pizzas and was told it would be about 30 minutes. I was delayed in getting there and showed up after 45 or so minutes. I went to the cashier and paid for my pizza order, expecting that after helping the lady behind me, that he would go back and get my order. 5 minutes passed, then 10 minutes before pizzas starting coming out from the kitchen. After the 2nd batch of pizzas came out, but none of them my order, I approached them asking what was up as it was now nearly an hour after placing my order and wondering if they had just started making our pizzas.

When our order came out, I should've checked, but was in such a hurry to get home. When I got home (less than 10 minutes later), not only were the pizzas cold (like they had been sitting around the kitchen for a while), but one of our pizzas wasn't anything what we ordered. It was supposed to be a BBQ Chicken, but it was the...

I’m not going to say this is the “best” pizza in the twin cities, but it’s definitely my favorite. Latuff’s Pizzeria is a well loved staple in the western suburbs that’s been around for over 50 years. What they lack in decor they more than make up in the kitchen. They have Minnesota style (thin crust, square cut) pizza. But the food is good all around. My step mom raves about the chicken. It’s definitely worth the drive! #twincities #plymouthmn #pizzeria #msp

I am always looking for pizza places I havent tried. I got to try this one the other day for lunch. Service was great, the atmosphere is awesome. I got a small extra cheese pizza and order of cheese bread. The cheese bread and marinara sauce were phenomenal! Really good. And I normally dont like marinara sauce. The reason I order a cheese pizza first time I go to a new restaurant is because that's the base. If you cheese pizza sucks, it doesn't matter what you put on it. Well the pizza was very underwhelming. I also dont like the way they cut the pizza. Fancy sure. But it's not functional.

Half of the staff were friendly and nice. Our waitress was great and attentive. She wrote our order down wrong and brought the wrong pizza, but ended up giving it to us for free which was nice of them. The other waitress next to our section kept complaining about her busy section and was rude. The pizza was great. Very well made with a lot of delicious flavor. I’d defiantly come back for more and see why the take away pizza line was out the door during the dinner rush. The pasta was very bland and flavorless though, I wouldn’t try that again.
