Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Plymouth

We love Papa Murphy's and this was the location closest to our home when we moved. We've basically stopped eating Papa Murphy's (were having it approx. once a week before) because we've been burned by this location so many times. We have had issues ordering online and having the order be incorrect, as well as ordering in the store - usually toppings are incorrect. The last time we visited, we ordered a thin crust pizza and once it was in the oven we realized it was a regular/thicker crust pizza. I called the location to see if I could return this and pick up the thin-crust pizza I had ordered. A teenage employee answered the phone, said about 3 words and hung up. I arrived to pick up the new pizza and none of the employees said anything, let alone an apology. I get it's just pizza, but we are currently searching for a new Papa Murphy's location that puts more care into their work as we used to be such...

Good food. Friendly staff. Avoid on holidays and major sporting events.

My wife and I stop here occasionally to get a pizza and salad when we are too tired to cook. On normal days, the pizzas are consistently good and the staff are friendly.

However, on holidays and days of major sporting events when they expect a crowd, they seem to schedule an overload of high schoolers with little to no training. This results in a long wait for walk-ins, and incorrect, non-complete orders for those who order online. Example: On Halloween 2018 we ordered and paid for a salad, cookie dough, cheesy bread, and pizza online to be picked up at a specific time. When we arrived, they spent several minutes looking for the pizza and had to go make the salad and cheesy bread.

After spending 20+ mins on their website (checkout issues) it would not let me check out, kept saying try again later. I called the store. I had used a 25% discount code online, and asked if I placed the order on the phone, can they honor that for me since I had already gone through the hassle of doing it all online. I was giving them business because I was getting $5 off pizza. The girl said they would not be able to honor online coupons. With how many coupons PM's gives out on a daily basis, she was so rude. I asked her again nicely and explained that it was frustrating and I would appreciate them just giving me a few dollars off for the inconvenience. She rudely said, "MA'AM,,,,, we DON'T do that." Ugh.
