For crisp bottom and pizza parlor taste try using your grill! Great to cook outside during hot summer months. Preheat grill on high for 3 minutes. Turn middle burner to low and outside burners to low/medium. Place pizza and supporting parchment paper bottom on a metal pizza pan and place in center of grill. My Weber cooks an Original Cowboy pizza in 8.5 minutes. Don't check until 7 minutes! Many checks will cool the cooking and you won't get the nice top. Lift pizza bottom edge off paper with a grill hamburger flipper. The bottom should have just a few light brown spots and top of edge crust firm. Don't wait until the edge crust starts to brown. It should just be roll hard firm. The pizza bottom should also feel a little stiff and not spongy or doughy. The whole bottom should not be brown. Just look for a few light brown 3 inch diameter patches. If you don't see the golden brown spots and the bottom feels doughy/limp leave it in for another minute and check. Take it out, 5 minute rest and cut with a pizza cutter. You should feel and hear a cutting like cutting through a cracker. Don't over cook! All my pizzas are off the grill now. I only tried the grill method when I bought a pizza and found my oven out of service. I add a little more mozzarella to the top as I'm from Wisconsin and Pappa is missing the customers value of the amount of cheese in the pizza ingredients.

Also it seems pepperoni must be a cheap flavor ingredient as it overwelms the taste and it is added to 90 Percent of all frozen pizzas. One more reason to go with Pappas

When going online to place an order I noticed I had an award in my account!! After trying a number of times to use the coupon online, I could not get the reward to go through. So I decided to just drive over there and place the order, thinking they can help me with the rewards and apply it in the store. I told the employee what was happening, he said okay, let's place your order and put your number in so we can see what is going on. He saw that I had the reward in my account on his end, however he was having the same problem getting it to go through. So I assumed since he saw that it was there and there was some glitch, he would still give me the free cheese bread. NOPE! He told me to try it again the next time I order a pizza. I told him the offer expires in a week, I doubt I will be ordering another pizza in the coming week. His response was SORRY!

Worst experience I've ever had here. Been a while since we've been there. Not sure if going back. 3 employees in store. Called in order which did not go well on phone. Get there and she only had taken half my order, so we ended up waiting while they tried to figure things out and make second family size pizza. No apology, just confusion. Staff were all flustered even tho only 2 of us in store, and another woman took my order; but got wrong again. Sent me home with wrong pizza. Crust was awful and too much. Young woman just left to go to bathroom in middle of making our pizza and other one, disgusted completed the order huffing and puffing. Pizza crust got way too dark before pizza was cooked.
