Craziest Starbucks Experience Iâve ever hadâŠ.went through the drive-thru this afternoon for an iced coffee, the nice woman taking my order through the speaker asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said âyes please!â, so fast forward to getting to the window, the gentleman takes payment and then hands me my coffee that had a sip lid on with no whipped cream. I said to him âthe woman on the speaker asked if I wanted cream and I said yes, can you have them put some on?â He responded with âI canât take it backâ to which I responded âthey always take it back to toss on some whipped creamâ he said âwell I canât.â When I gave him an utterly confused look he said âhold onâ and proceeded to bring me back a cup of whipped creamâŠI said while giggling âabsolutely not, what am I supposed to do with that?â And in my defense, said coffee is filled to the brim with coffee, and has on a sip lid, I never would have gotten the whipped cream in there and how was I supposed to get it into the cup?! So he says âokay hold onâ and clearly starts to have someone remake the coffee, which is fine. So he hands me the correct remade coffee, BUT THEN ASKS FOR THE OTHER ONE BACK!!!!    Read morei will just preface this by saying that i am a starbucks barista at a different location so iâm very knowledgeable about how things work at starbucks and iâm also very understanding when mistakes are made. i always make sure to be very clear when ordering my drink so i donât run into any problems but this is now the second time iâve went through this drive thru and my drink was incorrect. now i donât mind if itâs incorrect, it may be a bit frustrating but as long as itâs corrected then itâs okay. what bothered me was that i was met with attitude by a barista (her name was sam) who iâm guessing had made the drink. i simply wanted my drink remade correctly and she had come to the window asking what was wrong. she had an aggressive approach when speaking to me and i found her tone rude. all i ask for as a customer is that people maintain a respectful attitude even when problems arise. i didnât appreciate how i was treated and would hope that isnât how other customers are treated either. the man who had taken my order was very kind so i...
   Read moreYou'll either get someone who gives you what you ask for or someone that reminds you of the stereotypical teenager that can't be bothered even though it is a workplace.. unfortunately the ratio is in lesser favor. Normally I wouldn't recommend Starbucks inside of a business like at a target, but those guys will give this location a run for its money with customer service. You most likely won't get extra espresso here, instead they'll just add the burnt coffee that's been sitting in the pot. You'll be able to tell from the taste and from the temperature. More than once I've ordered in person here and they didn't bother to tell me they ran out of the product and gave me a different drink that isn't even close to what I asked for instead of seeing what else I might like.
