I decided to pop into Olive Garden on a random afternoon and ended up having a really good time. I sat at the bar, which turned out to be the perfect spot - mostly older regulars who knew how to enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace.

The waitress was genuinely friendly and clearly works her tail off. The bar staff get pulled in a ton of directions! The bar area had a nice, comfortable vibe without the hustle and bustle of the main dining room. Perfect for an unhurried meal.

I went with multiple bowls of the chicken gnocchi soup and a lunch portion of fettuccine Alfredo. The soup was creamy and satisfying, with tender chicken and gnocchi that practically melted. The Alfredo was rich and indulgent - exactly what I was craving. I kept it balanced with several glasses of iced tea sweetened with Splenda.

Everything was well-prepared and hit the comfort food mark perfectly. I left full and happy!

As Jim Cramer has noted, Olive Garden delivers solid value in today’s restaurant landscape. Hard to argue when you leave this full and satisfied for what you pay.

Sometimes you just want reliable comfort food in a relaxed setting, and this delivered exactly that. I left happy with a very full stomach after a pleasant 30-45 minutes. I would definitely do this again on another...

Ordered on line for curbside pick-up. App stated order would be ready in 25 minutes which was fine since it would take me that long to drive there. Pulled into the curbside parking spot 25 minus later and texted to check in. Waited for 15 minutes... no text updates, no one came out to let me know anything. Finally went into the restaurant to find out what was going on. Waitress handling the to go orders asked my name after i questioned what was taking so long. She stated she was waiting on 1 more item. Which means my order was not completed at the state time since it was now almost 20 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready. She then went to bring an order out to someone in a curbside parking spot ( who was waiting longer that i was) I waited another 5 minutes and she then called my name and handed me the bag that had been sitting on the counter the whole time. She never put ANY other items in it! So she lied about waiting on an item. I finally left with my order and made the 25 minute drive back home only to discover that the order was not correct! My order of chicken parmesan was in fact EGGPLANT Parmesan! I've never had such poor service from here. I hope it is just an abberation from the norm, and...

I’ve been going to Olive Garden for years, and I even used to work there — it used to be a good place. Unfortunately, the Plymouth location at 102 Colony Place has become extremely poorly managed, and the experience keeps getting worse.

I usually order takeout from this location, even though it’s a 14-mile drive for me, and almost every time something is wrong: • Once they didn’t include breadsticks. • Another time the calamari was completely burnt and dry. • On another occasion they forgot the chocolate mints. • Most recently, I ordered my favorite soup (Zuppa Toscana, which I’ve loved for over 20 years), and they gave me a random mix of soups — then tried to insist it was correct.

On top of that, when I tried dining in with my girlfriend, we waited 40 minutes for a server who never came, and we ended up leaving.

This location is nothing like the Olive Garden I remember. It’s become sloppy, unreliable, and...

Waiter was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was a different story. My husband and I had gone for dinner and had two chicken Parmesan. The chicken palms were more like the lunch menu instead of the dinner menu. I’ve been to several different Olive Gardens in Massachusetts and they give out more portions. Even the waiter said they’re stingy on their food. When I went to ask for another bowl of soup he said he didn’t want to get in trouble for giving me another bowl . Plus the manager never came over to ask how our meal was. I even had to go ask for the chocolates at the front. The pasta was like two scoops and tiny pieces of chicken and also a scoop of pasta sauce on their pasta. Also didn’t ask us if we wanted more cheese on our meal. If you want over priced food and small portions this is the OG for you, if not go to another one. Chicken is under pasta.
