Mattress Firm Colony Place — Hotel in Plymouth

Walked in just to test out some beds and see some prices after work, had my girlfriend meet me there. Right off the bat Erica was able to give me the rundown so I could start testing and was able to answer many of the questions I already had ready to ask based on my research in advance. Erica gave my girlfriend and I a great amount of time to test out mattresses so we could narrow down what we wanted. Once we started to narrow down she was great at explaining her perspective and what she had seen with each without being pushy at all, just very clear. We ended up both falling in love with a mattress well outside our comfort range for price and had determined we would most likely go with the step below. Well Erica was then able to find an "outlet" version (mattress that had been bought and returned) of the one we fell in love with and it was actually cheaper than the one we were going to settle on. Erica was extremely professional throughout the entire process and I highly recommend that anyone looking into mattresses at all come into the Colony Place store in Plymouth and see Erica or her partner Arleen of which Erica had repeatedly said was equal as knowledgeable and helpful if we had needed to come in an additional day.
