The Patty Shack — Restaurant in Plymouth

This is an honest review...my daughter and I tried this place recently. First, you cannot walk in and order food at the counter. We went in and paper notices were posted that you had to order online for pickup and delivery orders. This was a little confusing to me, because a table and a very narrow counter top is in the small facility for sitting if you choose to eat there so, I didn't realize, at first, that every order had to be done online. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Not one worker bothered to come to the counter and speak. Finally, I went online and ordered the dang food. Personally, I did not like that atmosphere in there, at all. Like, I wouldn't eat in there. That's my opinion; though. The prices seem reasonable, but only if you get your burgers the way they come. Every topping you add cost extra, including lettuce. Stuff like that. We paid $ 30 for 2 burgers and 2 order of fries. The burgers are small. They are just ok. Better than mcdonalds, but i detest mcdonalds meat. The fries. They are hand cut and not crispy. I didn't like them. I ordered garlic fries. A disaster. First of all, the " garlic sauce" is more Mediterranean yogurt and lacks flavor. They put my fries in this thin, cheap paper sleeve and squirted this " garlic sauce" on the fries. No plastic forks in the facility or in my bag. My daughter pulled out the sleeve of garlic fries and the bag ripped completely open due to becoming wet from the sauce. I’ve been looking forward to trying Patty Shack. I dine out a lot & I know good food. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. We order 3 cheeseburgers, 2 with bacon & a cheese fries & garlic fries. One of the burgers was slightly under cooked. The burgers with bacon only had one piece of bacon & one pickle. I went to this place when it forst opened and waited to eat there a second time before I made a reveiw. Time for them to get situated. Unfortunately was disappointed. Especially with the fries. They cooked them to the point theybwere super tough and dry. They were past well done. Burger is ok. Kinda dry but ok. I think the main thing is they over cook stuff by quite a bit.
