If I could give this less then one star I would. First we walk in and the cashier had a friend visiting her at work which is fine except for the friend ad her foot on the counter. When we went to order the didn't move or step away from the counter at all and stayed in place while we ordered. We waited for over 15 minutes for our to go order. I checked the bags and of course we were missing a fry. We inform the cashier she walks away (without saying a word) to get us one more fry. When she got to the fry station she said to herself that the fries were very salty. Thank God I heard her and checked the other two fries we already got because they were COVERED in salt. Like way more then a little over salty. They were completely inedible. She bags up the fry knowing they were inedible and gives it to us. I told her that we were going to need three new fries as they were too salty. She walks away and leaves us stand for almost five more minutes and finally brings us new fries. It is unreal how apathetic they were about their jobs. She willingly served us food that was not edible because she was too lazy to make new fries. The lack of management and training astounding, not once did anyone apologize for our wait or for serving us food we couldn't eat. Read moreMy husband ordered from the wendy's app our food, we decided to go to this particular wendy's since it's closest to where we live. The app says it's ready for pick up so we head over. When we arrive and drove thru, no one seem to respond to our call, we waited, finally we parked and my husband knocked on the front door as he noticed a staff member cleaning up. The manager that was working spoke to my husband in a rude tone, letting him know that the restaurant was close due to low staff, when my husband tried to let the manager know that he had already paid for out order online, the manager just said "that is not my problem" and locked up the door. There was no sign saying there were close, nothing on the Wendy app said we couldn't order from that particular restaurant. We just kept seen vehicles driving by wondering what was going on. Unfortunately since it's the weekend we couldn't get a hold of customers service in order to get a refund, so we'll just have to wait for Monday. We understand they were low staff and that apparently the current manager walked out and the manager from a different store had to take over, but should had treated us in such rude manner. Read moreI went through the drive-thru long wait time I received my food and frosty and went home the food was like it sat for a while and we tossed it I called and complained received the same order for free I went back four days later I order the exact order when I got to the window I provided my name and was giving my frosties and was told to pull forward set there for about 7+ minutes in the hot sun with my frosties got out the car went to the window and told the tall guy at the window that me and my Frosty are melting because we were sitting in the sun he seemed irritated, distant rolling his eyes telling me it'll be out in a minute everything was made fresh however I had already set in the Drive-Thru for over 5 minutes or so cause they were really busy he brought my food to the window but no frosties the old crew they would have made the food and then made the Frosty not give the customer the frosties to sit outside for 7 plus minutes in the hot sun for to melt and then when I was trying to talk to the dude to tell him that after he gave me my food he just dismissed me and continue walking in the building I will not...
