Short Version

Good food, annoying dress code, CAN'T MAKE A GOD DAMNED HURRICANE! I asked for a hurricane, couldn't get it, so I asked for two other drink and both times they didn't have the ingredients, so finally I ordered a melon ball, thank God they had midori!

Long Version

I've been here a few times both before and after it was renamed. I ate there one night and their food was great! Had some Cajun cottage fries (I think, it was a really long time ago) and chicken strips. Now onto the reason behind my disatisfaction. After the renamed it and what not they started a dress code. No gang related clothing or shorts. I'm a shorts guy, so I go there with a friend and I can't get in because I'm wearing shorts. Really frustrating because my friend has to drive me home to get changed and then back. Although the lady did say I looked better so that was nice. But still I'm going to the bar to have a good time and be comfortable, not be forced to wear pants for drinks they can't make. On to my next point. They can't make me the drinks I want. When I went in with my buddy he offered to buy me a drink. They can't even make a simple hurricane! This is what is infuriating me the most, I ask for a hurricane and they can't make it. Every time I go there it's the same thing. We don't have passion fruit syrup or anything. I asked for 2 other drinks before finally getting a melon ball. It's ridiculous! You're a bar, and I understand not being able to make certain drinks but to shut me down 3 times in a row? Come on now. And that's what irritated me the most, the lack of ingredients. I have never been to a bar where I can't get a hurricane. Well if you've read this far I applaud you, that was quite a bit of reading for a quick Google search. It's not a bad place they just can't make my drinks and that's what I go...

This place was okay except when one of the bartenders kept trying to flirt with my boyfriend right in front of me. We like to have a lot of fun & try different bars when visiting a new state & reviewing them on our social media but this place takes the cake for the worst. They couldn't even make an old fashioned (which is a classic drink). I've never been to a bar that didn't have simple syrup or was just missing certain items to make regular drinks. The food was pretty salty too. The music was good.

It was really disrespectful how the bartender was flirting with my partner. We still tipped her good & i understand wanting a good tip but she was taking certain things too far where it started to get really disrespectful. Please take care of that, i understand the casual experience at this bar but it was still very disrespectful & unprofessional. Definitely made us feel weird & made us feel like she didn't care about her job & was ready to risk it. Feel like the employers should hire people that care about their job

AND before i forget to mention, whenever i saw her take used empty cups from the counter she grabbed them by the lip part, & would grab new clean cups to make new drinks all while cross contaminating. Ugh it just feels so unsanitary. I understand no place is 101% clean & sanitary but the least she couldve done was be a little discrete about...

Went here for the first time in awhile and at the end of the night I had someone throw a cigarette butt at me all because she didn't agree with my beliefs and I felt the female owner did not do enough to stop it. Also be aware of the short big bald bouncer that's there once in awhile since he's been known to be rude and disrespectful towards some customers. If your looking for a fun place to go and are trying to avoid toxic people or environments I highly recommend staying clear of this place!

Update Aug. 2022: If I could give this place no stars I would! Went here last weekend for the first time in a long time only because some friends that I haven't seen in a long time were here. I was later approached by a bearded bouncer only to make me leave right in front of my friends! The security is a joke! Place is a disgrace!! Unless things do a complete 180 flip Clydesdale will not get another dime from me and I will not reccomend this place to...
