I only ordered two things. They butchered both. Then even though I paid an outrageous delivery and fee and tip.. The delivery gal said she didn’t get a tip so I had to tip her more. Then my pizza wasn’t even cut. It looked like it was cut.. But that was a façade. I had to cut it with a knife myself. Then when I Called they didn’t know how to handle it transferred me to somebody else and blamed it on me! Then they told me that it would take up to 15 minutes to get my actual order out to me and that I would have to return both pizzas. At this point, I was beyond livid and had already waited an hour, so I said screw it. I want refunded and proceeded to eat subpar quality food that I have to cut myself that wasn’t even close to correct. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with lite mushrooms and a ham and beef pizza with Alfredo sauce, and garlic crust. I got a burnt Philly cheesesteak pizza That was not Cut, and a ham pizza with nearly no sauce, not cut either, And the wrong crust. I moved into my apartment the beginning of June 2024. This is the first time I have ever ordered food out. I don’t have a lot of money, so this was an extra treat.. or was supposed to be. Domino’s used to be my favorite place, but I will never eat there again even when someone else is paying. This is just the beginning of my problems tonight with Domino’s Pizza and staff. A standard sandwich And a two topping pizza and they could not get it even close to correct and then blamed the customer. I tried to order online, but it wasn’t working. When I called to order my food, it was on speakerphone, and I literally read Everything that was on the screen. And to spend nearly $30 to end up eating cold food?? I don’t know who to even blame. The manager I spoke with most definitely should not be a manager for my experience working within the food industry. Maybe try the...
Read moreOrdered two pizzas today for my CNA class. We were doing our unit on assisted feeding today. I ordered my pizza a hour before the activity started to give them enough time to get them ready and delivered. It was two simple pizzas as well. Took them a whole hour just to even get the pizzas made, they try to deliver right as the activity started so I leave class to go get the pizzas. I’m left outside for 10 minutes, no car, no call, nothing. I had to wander around and call the place myself to figure out what was going on just to be told they didn’t even bring the right order and had to go back to get the correct order. I was already around 10 minutes outside of class, and couldn’t wait any longer. So I had to return to the class empty handed for the lesson. By the time the pizzas would’ve arrived it would’ve already been too late and the lesson would’ve been over. I got my refund, but am still very unsatisfied with the service I’ve received. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, probably won’t be the last either with how it looks it’s going. But this really was the cherry on top. The rude service I received at first when trying to explain my situation and frustration, before she became understanding. Along with the no call or notice of the change. I understand that you can’t cater to every life event that people are having, but an hour and a half for 2 pizzas is just ridiculous. I’ll go to papa...

Great customer service, pizza is ready fast. I especially love the pizza tracker I can use when I order online, that thing is awesome. Crust is delicious.
Reasons I don't love Domino's:
Pretty much every pizza we've ordered from Domino's lacks severely in the topping department. In our most recent order, we had one of the Mesquite BBQ chicken pizzas. We didn't customize it all. It was supposed to have BBQ sauce, chickens, and onions as usual. But when we got home with our pizza and started eating, we realized that there were NO onions and the "BBQ sauce" was more like a teaspoon of watery BBQ juice. There wasn't even very much chicken either. That was seriously disappointing.
I would happily give Domino's 5 stars if they upped their product quality game. Increase toppings to a reasonable amount and make sure pizzas actually have sauce on them. Again, customer service has always been great, and I find that very valuable. But I also have to account for product quality....and in my experience, they struggle in...
