I purchased a coat at this location on Black Friday. Today 1/15/20 the adjuster on the bottom of the coat snapped. I called and spoke with Abbey. I did not have my receipt and their computer system was down. She called another location and got all the information to make it very easy for me to exchange the coat when I arrived there.
