LOFT Outlet — Local services in Pocono Township

The LOFT Outlet at the Pocono Premium Outlets is one of my favorite places to shop especially when it comes to finding clothes in petite sizes. They consistently have the best selection I’ve seen compared to other stores and it makes shopping so much easier when you don’t have to hunt for the right fit.

The store is clean organized and easy to navigate. Everything is labeled clearly and sorted by size so you can go right to the section you need without digging around. I’ve found everything from everyday tops to dressier pieces and they all fit great right off the rack.

The prices are solid too. Between the outlet discounts and the extra sales they usually have running you can get some really great deals on high quality pieces. It’s definitely worth checking the clearance racks too because I’ve scored some amazing finds there.

The staff is friendly and respectful of your space. They’re happy to help if you need it but also let you shop at your own pace.

If I could give less than one star I would. I came into this store looking for yellow pants. I was not greeted and did not see a single worker one the floor for the first 15 minutes that I was in the store. Finally, I found a single worker who I had to chase after to ask a question about the yellow pants. Utterly annoyed she replied to me with the worst attitude I have ever experienced in customer service claiming that there were no others in the back. She did not offer alternatives to me either. I am not from around here, and was visiting my parents. Bought pant from loft outlet in august. Since I don’t live in the area, it is hard to return on time. They didn’t even acknowledged that I was visitor & couldn’t return in time. Didn’t even try to offer store credit or anything. They said they will do return but & would only be able to refund their lowest price the pant was ever sold for. (seriously, even with receipt?) Mind you, I paid freaking $52 for pair of pant. Mint condition, tag was still intact with receipt & everything...not good customer...
