Chocolate Works — Local services in Pocono Township

I was in there shopping with my little brother we had several things picked out to buy. My younger brother (11) had a drink in his hand and went around a corner then I just heard an older man who works there yelling at him for having a drink in there. I assumed he spilled it, so I looked and he did not. There were no signs that said no drinks allowed and I didn’t think it was appropriate for him to yell at someone else’s kid like that for bringing a drink in the store when there were no signs that said not to. We put all of our items down and left. What a store. You get novelty after novelty in candy items and none candy items. They make there own chocolate products 5 stars) but you can get all internet favorite soda and Candy and every Granite State Freeze Dried Candy ( a Amazon and internet favorite and 9 time platinum and State award winning product). Walking thru parts of this awesome candy/toy/novelty store I felt like I was a kid again and I am over 50 yo. Such a fun place and the owner are great. So when u are at the outlets they are down by the food court and new Skeeters. Go in and have a look , I bet u will have some memories and and not leave...

Was doing some last minute Christmas shopping for the fam right before work, and decided today was gonna be the day I checked out chocolate works. Glad I decided to since the customer service was great. Unfortunately didn’t get the employees name, but they were on the shorter side and wore a flannel. They were very attentative and answered all my questions with a nice smile on their face. They even put ribbons on the chocolate boxes I bought, free of charge.
