We walked into the store about 5:30 PM today; things were good till Venessa (the new girl) was handling us, but when the Caucasian girl tried to intervene and got involved with the sales, things turned out to be very unhelpful and frustrating, the showed least interested in helping, and rudeness was all over her face. She even expressed her pathetic attitude once her boyfriend walked in. Hopefully, the store authority will note this incident and ensure that this girl behaves when she is working. Otherwise, seeing the store lose a lot of business soon won't be surprising because of her attitude.

Read moreWatch breaks. I take it in and they say they will give me 50% off another watch. Which makes no sense. The watch was bought with a BoGo 2 for $89. So basically the only solution is to hand in the broken watch and get 50% off of another watch which means I don’t break even I actually end up paying full price for the new watch because I already paid for the old one. Makes no sense will never wear another Fossil Watch. Stupid system. Also the GM needs an attitude check and needs to learn how to speak to people. Poor customer service...
