Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Poinciana

So I love Jersey mikes!! My favorite sub shop no doubt! Always praising their service and subs to be primo!! This time was different the service lacked horrible. I ordered my sub as always through the app. Didn’t arrive till 7 minutes after my sub should have been made. When I arrived for pick up I walked up to counter all 4 workers were just cleaning and some cooking. I stood there for over 7 minutes I counted while no one even acknowledged my presence in the store waiting to get my sub. It was very unprofessional and I was shocked even uncomfortable standing there trying to get someone attention was futile. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this type of behavior from staff.at JM Was bizarre as two other patrons in store waiting and no one’s hardly there so why no one making sandwiches in timely manner having to wait 30 minutes for sub TOO BAD THERES no MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The subs are great but they lack service. Ordered 2 philly cheesesteak subs and it took 30 minutes to get them. People who came after us had their subs made and out the door before us and we were dining in. I'm not talking about people who pre-ordered either.

Then when we got them, they were on the wrong bread, so they said they would remake them and it would take another 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, I got a refund and walked out.
