1-Star Review for Lin Garden II – BEWARE If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've ever had at a restaurant. My wife and I placed an order on May 4th, 2025 we ordered a 6.99 boba tea for our daughter. Not only did they completely ignore the request, but the manager **waited until after we paid** to inform us the dish was made incorrectly—*as if that was acceptable*. When I calmly asked for a refund, the manager immediately became defensive and hostile. He **swore at my wife**, raised his voice, and acted like he wanted to physically fight me. The man was clearly trying to intimidate us—but surprise, he stayed tucked safely behind the counter, yelling from a distance like a coward. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior toward paying customers. This was not a misunderstanding—it was outright **disrespect and aggression**. We asked to speak to who ever was over the manager and was told he doesn't speak english and I would require mandarin to speak to him. Avoid Lin Garden II at all costs. The food was wrong, the service was garbage, and the manager's behavior was nothing short of threatening. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. To the owner: I cannot reply to your comment on here, but your "manager" is again lying you can review your camera footage, the only reason we came back is because your manager asked me to come back inside and I did not threaten to punch him, watch your footage.

Hands down best and freshest Chinese food I've had in a long time. I feel most Chinese restaurants have some sort of pre-packed eggrolls that more or less taste the same but these eggrolls taste fresh like they're made from scratch. Good portions and sizes and I love the variety they have along with a fair amount of seating if you wanted to eat there. It looks like they have new employees in the front that are bi-lingual (se habla español) although it seemed that those that were more well informed of the job were either burned out or could have been more personable. It also looks like its authentically Chinese owned with Chinese people actually cooking the food. They get a huge dinner rush that even with four people up front, the workers were all swamped. Looking for quality food, they definitely have it! Online ordering is available too but when they're super busy, they may not be as timely as they could be. I still had to wait about 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. Granted, the food was hot and worth the wait. Their boba milk tea is pretty great as well. It closely reminded me to CoCo (actual Taiwanese milk tea chain) but the fruit teas were just okay. If you prefer super sugary or Americanized drinks, not the way to go. I took pics of the food after I was already at home so my bad that it looks partially gone already (it is).

Ever since they hired these new kids the service here has declined significantly the customer service is trash. The employees seem bothered you are there, make zero eye contact, mumble while taking your order you have to repeatedly ask them to repeat themselves. I tried to place an order ahead of time to cut back on the wait time at the restaurant because they take LONG!!!!!!!! and called back to back and was placed on hold each time for an extended period of time, I know they were opened but refused to answer the phone. Once I arrived the 3 teenage employees were sitting at the counter talking and laughing with rap music blasting in the background with explicit lyrics playing I arrived with my 9yr old daughter definitely not what I expect to hear at a family based restaurant. They are scheduled to close at 9:30pm and at 9:23 they cut all the lights off it was insane. If there were another option I would 100% start going there. My opinion of this place as of lately is: they are insanely expensive, customer service has declined So much, their wait times are unrealistic 30-40 mins for an order is to long and if you call they place you on hold then voicemail.

I had a very, very negative experience. The one rating is not something I wished to give, but it was the only way to report a very customer unfriendly environment. I made an order for two separate residences but wanted to pay by one means. I was told to make that request at the store even though I made the specific request for two orders. Upon arriving at the store, when I was called, I expressed my concern as to why the oder could not be called in as a separate order. The cashier who was waiting on me proceed to make excuses as to why it happened that way. A person who identified himself as the one who took my order chimed in that I hung up on him. My response was I did not. Banter went back and forth. Exasperated I expressed to them keep the order. The female attendant took exception with NY canceling the order and very sarcastically remarked Happy Valentines day have a a nice day. I retorted my dissatisfaction with the sarcasm. The person who took my order chimed in, I don't know why you are making this more than what it is. To which I responded no you made it more than what it has progressed to be because distinctly request a separate order when I called in. The enable and male personnel began to tag team me defending their actions. When out out of no where some boy in the restaurant got uncomfortable close in my face threatening me to be quiet because that was his girl that I was speaking to. The encounter escalated. I gave him a distinct final request to get out of my face because if he put his hands on me he would not like the results. The male cashier tagged in again when the matter escalated, not calm the female cashier, nor her self proclaimed boyfriend but to tell me as to why zi was wrong. Some more words wereexchanged. Exaoerated, he got lounder and asked that I leave the restyrant. I refused but did not express why because the boyfriend of the cashier was outside continually threatening me so I wanted to wait for the police that hat had been called to insure my safety as this boy had a back pack and I had no idea what was in it. I asked for manager if the store and the male cashier very sarcastically reported that he was. To which I retorted you might be of this shift but somebody hire you and as you don't own the store there is an owner above you. He remarks tha I could call but they were not going to talk to me and refused to hive me any information. Another sales associate came over and very calmly spoke with me and diffused the situation and said that they would handle things. I said OK and waited for the police. What I found equally strange about the situation the female cashier left the immediate premises to go outside to calm her professed boyfriend who had no business in the matter. As she came back in the store she remarked something about threatening people. A pastor who was a customer in the store walked me out, thanked me for my military service and supported my position. He intimated that he would stay but had a function that he was in charge of and...

I ordered online and spent 60$ on Family Meal #3, fish and plaintains, and a large vege fried rice. After getting home, and large white rice was missing from the family meal. The drive back was 20 min to get the rice. I called the restaurant with no answer. I sent my husband back and started inspecting the food. Note that I was on a paid medication that causes slight paranoia. I opened each meat bowl, and the odor was off. The meat smelled seasoned, but appeared rubbery, old, and reheated in microwave. The cheese wonton, egg rolls, and soup chips were overdone. Never mind that I requested vege rolls instead of pork rolls, but still received pork. My paranoia was through the roof and I called my hubby to come back and return all the food. He had just walked in the restaurant an was asking for the rice. I hurt someone apologizing in a few seconds gave him a hot box of rice. He said The box was burning his hands and they did not give him a bag to carry it out. I was apalled. Back home, he inspected the food and said it's normal and tasted fine. Not like PF Chang quality but it's still taken like Chinese food. He served himself and his son and I watched some beef off and gave pieces to my 2 dogs. I ate 2 pieces wonton soup and one fish. It tasted a cheese wonton. Everything was dry, tasteless or soggy. Within an hour his son had excessive explosive diarrhea. Add to 71 hours he had explosive diarrhea. The dogs had the same thing. Man stomach was fine I only tasted the food, not consume it. I did not recommend this place. They do not serve food. It seemed like a manufactured product. I collected the rest of the food. She dumped it in the garbage we barely ate 7$ worth of it. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT eat from this place if u care for your health. I'm not usually paranoid about food but looking at this mess of an order gave me the chills. I thought my meds were giving me the wrong feeling. But after they ate, trouble started. This is the next day, and my pups are still sick. And they only ate 3 pieces of beef. We usually cook from home and this was a last minute choice on a Friday evening to eat out. Wrong choice. Also, they have your people working these places who were not well trained on sanitary practices and manners. People, im gonna continue preparing my own meals from now on. I can't add photos because everything is in...

I DO NOT recommend going here. I'm going to start off by saying the food is delicious, which is why I ended up still giving it 2 stars, but don't get me started on talking about the quality.

I used to be a frequent customer because they didn't give me enough reason not to keep coming, but I can't in good conscience and CONCERN FOR MY HEALTH keep going there.

Their food is seductively tasty, which seems like a counterintuitive thing to write in a BAD REVIEW, but let me explain. They must think their food is so good that the quality doesn't matter.

Let me list all the terrible service I've gotten: ~moldy mushrooms ~rotten broccoli ~spoiled tofu and....wait for it....

~PLASTIC IN MY FOOD!

(I'm talking almost the size of my pinky, industrial thick plastic. Like the kind that might break off an economy size bucket.)

And guess what, I'm ashamed to say that even after all this I still decided to go one more time to give them the benefit of the doubt. I came home with my food and with great anticipation, gingerly began eating. "No plastic this time," I thought. "So far so good..."

"Oh look, they gave me extra tofu," I thought to myself as I surveyed the food. "Maybe this is an apology for putting plastic in my food last time..."

To my dismay, when I bit into the first piece of tofu, it was rancid. An absolutely terrible taste! And listen, I'm vegetarian so I know what tofu is supposed to taste like. It's like depending on whether or not they have old expired tofu to get rid of, they MIGHT give you food that's up to health standards.

It's absolutely ridiculous.

Needless to say, I'm never going there again. I FEEL COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED AS A CUSTOMER. I mean, the phone and cashier service is fine depending on the day, but I DON'T TRUST THE CHEFS AT ALL.

Nevermind the management. They fired their entire staff a couple months ago and I really liked those people. They seemed like good employees. Rumor has it, they were fired because they were asking for better treatment since they never actually got to keep tips and were not paid for overtime.

JUST DONT GO THERE GUYS....
