Disappointing Experience with Salty Wings and Unhelpful Customer Service

I have always been a loyal customer of this Poinciana establishment, but my recent experience has left me incredibly frustrated. Last night, I ordered a grilled shrimp meal, 30 extra hot lemon pepper wings, and a side of Philly rolls. However, when my family and I sat down for dinner, we were appalled by the overwhelming saltiness of the wings. It was completely inedible!

As a regular customer, I had high expectations for the quality of food, so I called the establishment immediately at 9:23 pm on 6/6/23. The person on the phone assured me that they would add a note to my receipt, including my contact number, and issue an "I owe you" for the unsatisfactory wings. I thanked them for their understanding and hung up, hopeful for a resolution.

Today, on 6/7/23, I called the establishment again, expecting to receive the promised "I owe you." However, to my dismay, I was informed that they were unable to replace the wings because I didn't have a photo or the physical food with me. The conversation was challenging since the management didn't speak English, and I had to rely on a translator, a young lady, to convey my concerns. It became clear that they were unwilling to help, simply because I couldn't provide photographic evidence or bring the wings back to the establishment.

Feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, I insisted on a refund for the wings. My husband, attempting to diffuse the situation, suggested that we let it go and simply never return to this establishment. But I believe it is crucial to highlight the poor customer service and lack of willingness to resolve a legitimate complaint.

As someone who used to enjoy dining at this place, I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive response I received. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and reflects upon their customer service policies. It's disheartening to witness the decline in quality and care, and I urge them to prioritize customer satisfaction...

The food was so good, I was not expecting such a generous portion tbh. I was blown away by the food quality. I had a po boy and wings. The oil used in the fryer was fresh. The cook of the proteins was PERFECT. My standards are pretty high. This place crushed the food, best lemon pepper wings I've had in forever. I can't say enough good things about the food. My cringe level however was of the charts at the cleanliness of the place. The front door and handle to the entry look like they have never been cleaned ever, the bathroom door and surrounding area wall next to the bathroom look like they have never been cleaned ever. The tables were clean, but it looks like the rest of the place has missed by the cleaning crew. Boxes stacked in the dining area, I get space is limited, but don't clutter the dining room. Very disappointed, I never write bad reviews. Usually take things on the chin but I had a few not pleasant experiences with this business. After trying to give a few chances here I am. I was told I would have to wait an hour for food during hurricane Milton. Which I was okay with, I understand the high demand but Once I received the food it was cold and soggy, which indicates it didn’t take an hour. Was charged 55 cent for gyro sauce. Gave a dollar but never received my change. They never ask you if you want blue cheese or ranch with wings you always have to ask which isn’t good...
