I’ve given this Bojangles location two chances to get an online order right, and they’ve failed spectacularly both times. The first time, I was able to conveniently pick up my order through the drive-thru. This time? A completely different and infuriating experience.
I placed my order at 10:55 AM, with an estimated ready time of 11:13 AM—plenty of time to grab my food and enjoy my lunch break. I arrived at 11:15 AM and tried to pick it up through the drive-thru, just as I did before. But this time, I was abruptly told I had to come inside—not to wait in a curbside pickup spot, where someone might actually bring the food out, but to physically go inside and retrieve it myself.
Fine. Inconvenient, but whatever. The real nightmare started once I stepped inside. Despite the app showing that my order was ready, I was told otherwise. When I politely asked about the discrepancy, an employee rudely snapped, “It’s not ready yet. Wait.” No apology, no explanation—just “wait.”
So, I waited. And waited. And waited. Thirty minutes later—at 11:45 AM—my food finally came out. Again, no apology, no acknowledgment of the absurd delay. Just a bag of food shoved in my direction. But here’s the kicker—when I got home, part of my order was missing.
What exactly is the point of ordering ahead if customers walking in can get their food faster than those who planned ahead? And if the system says the order is ready, why isn’t it actually ready? If Bojangles wants to offer online ordering, they need to actually make it work.
At this point, I don’t see a reason to return, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If you’re considering eating here, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values their...
Read moreFood was very good. The staff was friendly. Only a couple things that bothered me about coming here is that the manager wasn’t really helping all the workers too much I thought it was pretty rude because I asked her back from one lady and she was already doing something else and the manager just sit there and didn’t do anything she didn’t give me Bag that I asked for she act like I wasn’t even there. The manager to care about the customers and I just leave it all the workers as well. We were kind of shocked me and my husband that they didn’t serve fried chicken, bone-in chicken. Only strips and they said they’re never going to sell fried chicken at this location. They were out of honey, which was unusual for Bojangles. There were two workers there that were just sitting on their phones, not cleaning the tables. The tables were filthy. I had to clean it myself and sanitize it myself because the woman who work there was just sitting there talking on the phone and yelling, very unprofessional the cleaning staff I would say that the cleaning needs to be done a little Better at...
Read moreI never write reviews, and if i was able to give this place negative stars i would, but this experience was so unbelievably bad that I had to. I will NEVER be coming back here, and i live just down the road. The atmosphere is completely misleading because once you get the food, it’s some of the worst quality I have ever seen.
My family and I ordered a 12-piece family meal for four people, which costed us a bit over $50 (that i wish i could get back). We got mac and cheese as one of our sides, but to our shock, it was the size of a small portion—just one tiny scoop sitting in a big container, making it impossible to divide among us. I almost thought they were playing a prank on us or something. Completely misleading. Every single side was barely filled.
The fries? incredibly salty, cold, and hard—absolutely inedible. The only thing remotely decent was the biscuits.
Save your money. This place is not worth it not even in the slightest. You’re better off hitting the kfc, popeyes, or zaxbys around here if you’re...
