Grill & wings — Restaurant in Florida

After hearing a lot about this hidden gem as it is described .I decided to try it today For the 1st time.. My 1st impression and interaction was absolutely disappointing... I walked in the door walked up to place my order the female attendant behind the counter was so busy on her phone did not even notice us for about 3 minutes. So I politely said Hey we would like to place an order, She began taking the order, I had to repeat myself over 4 times because she was too busy texting on the phone smiling down on her ph not even making eye contact at us . Finally we placed the order and we were told to wait 10 minutes After The order Was completed no one told us it was done and we were sitting there waiting while this attendant is still on her phone, I went up to the counter and asked if my order was done she looked up and said yes, and told the kid that was next to her "give them the bag of food" give them The food twice, So the kid did exactly that ...when checking my order my drinks was not given to me, So yet again I went up to the counter to get my drinks and the same attendant still on the phone not paid me no mind had to ask for my twice before I can get it. I must say the customer service needs improvement.. If you're going to run a business you need to train your workers to treat your customers right with respect. All that being said the food is absolutely delicious. Would definitely like to come back again. You guys are doing a great job!You all need to work on customer...

This place is a hidden gem. We first came here because of constant extremely poor customer service by the manager at the Grille in Solivita. For starters, the folks here taking your order were so kind and friendly. The food we ordered were 4 completely different types of cuisines. The amount of food was so much that we even had leftovers for the following day. The quality and taste of each of the different cuisines were outstanding. As a Person that used to eat 3 times a week at the Solivita Grille, this place is a welcomed change. It’s hard to believe in this small location they have such a wide variety of cuisines and all of them outstanding. My complement to the chef(s) as well as to the folks taking your order for being courteous and friendly. I Highly Recommend. We order ahead and pick up, to have a wonderful hot meal right...

Sorry but not Sorry....but it's a complete and utter NO for me. I will never revisit this place. The food was legitimately disgusting. It did not even taste like real meat. Yuck!! Then to top it off... everything was all mixed together. For the love of GOD !!! Why????? I ordered beef chicken and shrimp and it was all thrown on top of rice all smooshed up together . 🤢🤮🤮 Let's not even talk about the broccoli and onion mix in brown water . Was that supposed to be the "veggies"?? Eeeeewwwww... I'm low key pissed that I didn't check this order before I left..and high key disappointed because I actually had high hopes for this place. Waste of money for sure...damn it! 😩😩Further reasons why I think poinciana food...
