my family and i stopped here today excited to try the ice cream. they had no descriptions for the sundaes or milkshakes, only pictures. the lady at the counter was very miserable. they charged us $15 for a cup and didn’t even tell us or have anything up about there being a charge. they then charged us for the actual milkshake that was in the cup. they didn’t even ask and just assumed we wanted the cup. and if it was with that milkshake they could’ve said something and we wouldn’t have gotten it. i think the employees need to be trained on how to actually greet and talk to customers. i’m a server as well so i know some things you just can’t help but please give your employees some training. we will never stop here again so you just lost what could’ve been a loyal customer. none the less the ice cream...
