Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pomona

I could see why they have bad reviews I just called to asked for how long they had the pizza on the warmer ready to-go I stopped there because it was something real quick to get for my daughters for practice. The pizza was literally NOT WARM OR HOT it was cold n dry. The young lady I was talking to was clueless what to do she was back n forth at the end of all this conversation over the phone I asked for her name for next time I go and pick up my pizza n etc she literally tell me to “HOLD ON” to give me her name I’m like wow she rather give me another persons name instead of hers I didn’t asked to speak to the manager at all because it wasn’t something big but for all this wow I know for a fact I won’t stop there for a ready to-go pizza I could see why there customer service is poor. They told us 20 minutes for a HOT N' READY pizza meaning it should be ready so i went across the street to shop came back 34 minutes later showed them my reciept they told me it wasnt ready yet so my wife went in and yelled at them and they said your pizza was ready she said well why did you tell my husband it wasnt and the lady was rude and said well i didnt help him someone else did. So she came out and i lifted up the lid and there was a bunch of bacon and cheese stuck to the lid so i went in to return it and the lady said hold on sighed and rolled her eyes and did the return on a debit card which they could of gave me cash but now I have to wait 3 to 4 business days for a $12 pizza return.
