This location has horrible customer Service . The girl in the photo with the blonde Ponytail and hat was so ghetto and rude . She had a rude attitude just because I asked where my credit card was . Another lady had taken it and it had been atleast 5 mins and then the girl in the photo with the blonde ponytail comes up out of no where and starts asking what was my order I then tell her and she starts to walk away so then I’m confused like is she now helping me or is the other lady who we took my card is ? And at this point I just want to know where my credit card was so I ask the girl and her response was just ugly and rude . She was acting ghetto like if she wanted to fight . It was as if she wasn’t even at work . She should maybe go to school so she could have a better job in the future because she seems unhappy with her current job . Also when I asked the lady who looked Like the team leader or who was in charge I asked her what the girl with the blonde ponytails name was she lies and tells me she can’t tell me that info and then the girl with the blonde pony tail in the photo overhears me asking so she then runs up barking at me and she yells out that her name is Esmerelda and then slams the drive thru window closed and walks away !!! And who knows if that’s really her name … nobody had name tags on so she could’ve been lying but I’m still calling to report her to cooperate . Not going back to this location. The employees are trash and don’t care how rude they are even Though your spending money there!! If you want to deal with petty people when your spending money this is the place to go to get...
Read moreJust left this location after waiting in line for 15 minutes behind 4 other cars in the drive through to place an order for half a dozen ice cream products only to be informed once I get to the speaker to order that the machine is broken. There is no warning or simple sign to inform customers that the option on the menu is not available. It wastes customer time and natural resources which are already in question in a drive through.
After deciding to go inside and speak with someone I had the pleasure to meet Manual "no last name because it's not needed" General Manager. Half heartedly and while still working at the front counter, his ears were deaf to creating a solution for customers to be notified but was happy to inform me that the machine isn't broke but rather going through a maintenance cycle. After requesting the number of the regional manager he came back 5 minutes later with the 800 number to McDonald's Corporate written on a stickie note. He also did not have a business card as a General Manager. His attitude let me know that he felt his time was being wasted and didn't care about wasting customers time. He offered no apology, no reception to a solution and no service. In an effort to be green, speed service, not discourage potential customers who see the line filled with customers cars who can't be serviced due to a known condition inside, why doesn't McD divert some of the advertising money on signs to inform customers of such conditions and...
Read moreThe WORST managed McDs in SoCal. There is always a drive thru line to the street because drive thru service is SO SLOW, not because it is super popular a la In n Out. Employees are great, but never enough scheduled (and probably not treated well as there is an unusually high turnover - even for a fast food restaurant). I rarely get an incorrect order, but much like other McDs the ice cream and milkshake machines are often "broken". UNLILE other McDs, there are also shortages of items. (One day they were out of COCA COLA, another it was their new chicken strips). In a normal McDa of that size during a rush period, you would find an average of 10 employees working, here they make due with 6 or 7. The biggest shortage always seems to be in the kitchen, so orders take a long while to be filled. Also, as this is near a couple high schools, it is very busy around 2:30/3pm - but not reflected in staffing. If you get in the drive thru after 7:30pm, expect a minimum wait of 20min, and that they will not ask drivers to park and wait for food to be brought out if it is taking a while (due to neighborhood). With limited staff at these hours, there isn't any food being prepped in anticipation (esp. chicken items that are...
