Pizza Hut Express

When I first arrived at the drive thru the young lady said they don't have pizza... 2 minutes later she said we have pizza it'll take 5 minutes... This happened 5 other times so far... I don't understand why lie to guests. Just be honest about the wait time and people would be okay with it. We also didn't get a receipt, therefore telling me she was afraid of me doing the survey... Laziness of the employees is going to make this location look bad. Not to mention everything else they got wrong on my order... I hope the General Managers see this and make changes.
