Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

When I first arrived at the drive thru the young lady said they don't have pizza... 2 minutes later she said we have pizza it'll take 5 minutes... This happened 5 other times so far... I don't understand why lie to guests. Just be honest about the wait time and people would be okay with it. We also didn't get a receipt, therefore telling me she was afraid of me doing the survey... Laziness of the employees is going to make this location look bad. Not to mention everything else they got wrong on my order... I hope the General Managers see this and...

After driving for many hours, many miles, and most of a day we were tired and hungry, but nothing sounded good. Employees couldn’t take my order at the drive thru because they had a CrackHead walking around in the parking lot half naked trying to get into peoples cars while they’re trying to order food. I went to the window and the employees said I had to go back around and use the machine to order despite of their crack head in the parking lot and refused to call the cops on the crack head because she was black.
