Delicious. But read all of this review. Great coffee, Geo our server was awesome and Sandy is the best server. The breakfast is delicious. The morning manager named Ash is professional and comes to every table to ensure the customer is happy with the food and service. We have come every morning for past 5 days.
We tried dinner last night Nov 12 at 8pm. A DISASTER. The server sat me and told me he is very busy, with only 3 tables. I sat 30 minutes with him passing by saying " I am busy, sorry for waiting"... Then I see him and a heavy set African American woman talking behind the counter and she leaves to an office behind the entrance. The African American slim waiter then takes a phone call order. OmG I lost it! I was hungry. So I went to the entrance waiting for him to get off the phone, and I tore into him. He says I am the only one here. I say YOU ONLY HAVE 3 TABLES AND THEY HAVE ALL RECEIVED THEIR FOOD!
I ordered fish and chips to go, with chicken soup side, and strawberry cream crepes. Get to our room LaQuinta, fish is hot on edges, frozen in middle. Crepes had s very weird taste and smelled bad. We threw it all away. Soup was Luke warm. Horrible service all the way around. If I were to grade our breakfast experiences it would be a 5 star, but with what happened...
Read moreReviewing this IHOP is kind of like the plight of a person trying to review Santa Claus' annual one-night-only performance on a Christmas Day when you wake up, run to the tree, and find that you got "most" of what you asked Santa Claus for. In much the same way, I feel like reviewing this IHOP, which is well used and apparently well liked - especially every Saturday and Sunday morning - can be a tricky affair. On the one hand, the restaurant serves as a good 24/7 restaurant to people of all types - many of whom enjoy their Americana breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. However, on the other hand, subtle changes in the restaurant appear to come and go annually. Not fitting into a booth on first and second try is kind of jarring. Losing weight of my part is needed, but did this IHOP squeeze in one more booth by shrinking the existing booths ever so slightly? I truly can't tell. The last time I ate there, this booth size problem happened and, upon reporting the problem, the waitress allowed us to sit at a regular restaurant-style table. The food was good even though it seemed slightly more expensive than the same dishes were in 2022. Thank you inflation! Still, overall, I believe this IHOP delivers both value and convenience quite well. It's a great place for both visiting...
Read moreI’m BOYCOTTING THIS PLACE….. So I called twice to make my order for pickup. Both times only for them to answer and put me on hold 10-15min. I had pulled up before I even did my order. Then to get inside and they’re not even busy. Tables were full but employees all standing around the front counter, now that’s terrible. Then spoke to a employee asking for a manager because I’m wondering why my order hasn’t been taken after standing at the counter a few minutes. The employee, a young Hispanic guy, tells me he is the supervisor but he takes his badge off so I couldn’t see his name. I told him my concern and asking can someone take my order. He takes my order and tells me 30min and I said ok. Get my food, and the food is cold, missing items and incorrect. The so called supervisor comes and says it’ll be fixed and then brings me another order hot but bags my stuff without utensils, etc. and my drinks then were watered down. I’ve been eating here along time but this was my last straw. They are hardly busy or looking like they’re in business. But I stay loyal to my locations cause the type of customer I am. They have honestly one manager and two waitresses I come to see when I eat in. But today did it. I’m tired of the overall terrible experiences I get from...
