The Pub Fountains — Restaurant in Stafford

Went on Saturday night to see the band Tilluride perform. Arrived at 9PM to meet another couple. They were sitting on the patio. I asked if the waitress had come around and she said no, they had to go to the bar to order. My boyfriend went to the bar for our first order. No waitress ever came to check if we needed anything. We were ready to order food and another round. After waiting for a long time, we literally had to call out loudly to get the attention of a waitress. When she finally came back over to us. We tried to place an order. She asked if we had a tab and we said we opened one at the bar because no one came to wait on us. She rudely said you have to place your order at the bar and walked away. I went to the bar only to be ignored by a bartender for over 15 minutes. She spent more time trying to show off on pouring drinks and impressing the male customers than actually being good at her job at getting drinks out and giving good service to all customers. Finally another bartender came and took the order. Same thing as we were trying to close the tab at the bar. My boyfriend waited over 10 minutes. As much as we like the band. We will never return to the fountains to see them perform. In my opinion you should not place an automatic tip on guest that have to service their own table.The staff need to earn it as so to give prompt service to all. You should probably try pool sharing for the tips so your staff work together as a team. The service we received was the worst ever. This was not my first visit but it will...

Beware beware beware! You've got to be kidding me this place absolutely sucks! What the hell!!! At least the band was fantastic I'll have to give them that. The service is null and void!!!! I can't put a negative star for service and I can't put a negative star for food. It would be smart if you eat before you get to this place! We had to actually go up to the bar and get the drinks..... I ordered water and definitely did not tip for water..... The other individuals that were here couldn't believe how bad the service was seeing that there were no more than 11 people inside the building maybe 23 outside the building. That should give you an idea of how bad the service was.

Disappointed patron!!!

Okay after the 3rd attempt to try to get someone to come to the table to order food we finally got a young man named Rome. Pleasant young man and apologize for the lack of service at this establishment. This is not his area but he took it upon himself to do the right thing. 🙌🙌🙌..... Now that we have eaten the food it is not as bad as the original service. I'm thankful that my employees know how to go and look for something to do and are not like the eating...

This place is a scam! And disgusting. My dad and I came here to eat I ordered a catfish and fries, this came out smelling like strong ammonia. My dad and I tasted it and we ended up feeling sick later. When a fish smells like ammonia do NOT EAT IT! a fish smelling like ammonia means the chemical inside called “trimethylamine oxcide” is breaking down. That smell indicates that your food is spoiled and is carrying dangerous bacteria and or toxins!! You could have severe nausea, vomiting, and more. If I were you I’d avoid eating anything at this place, or just don’t go there. they tried to say it was the batter for the fish, no fish or batter should smell like it’s decomposing! Also I came here twice when I was pregnant just joining my family members and friends I asked for a virgin lemonade “no alcohol” and told them I was pregnant, they gave me an alcoholic drink anyway and this happened twice in two different occasions of my pregnancy. I thought maybe they’re just busy and make mistakes. The reality is they don’t care they will do the bare minimum and make money off of you easily. Never...
