Target — Local services in Stafford

I never really write negative reviews like ever lol but I finally had the chance to visit yesterday (10/26) and was able to check out around 8 PM with my partner, and we actually spent quite a bit, even splurged on a few LEGO sets, including the Twilight set that’s around $230.

We checked out at self-checkout, but no one was available to remove the spider wrap from the set. No big deal, I figured we could just take it to Guest Services. Unfortunately, that was a mistake... When we got there, a group of employees were standing around talking, which not a problem, I've worked customer service before and I understand talking to your coworkers here and there but when we asked for help, we were ignored and just stared at. Eventually, a young woman with long dark hair came over, basically snatched the set from my partner, and sighed loudly.

This was especially uncomfortable because my partner hates to be an inconvenience and has anxiety, so the whole interaction definitely didn’t help with that. It was really disappointing, you’d think that with this being a brand new store, the customer service would be better. After about three employees tried to figure out how to remove the spider wrap, we finally got it taken care of.

On the bright side, the Twilight LEGO set was totally worth it — 10/10 recommend! But as far as getting assistance goes... I guess take your chances! :) Also the woman and gentleman working at the Starbucks were very kind! I guess I can add a star for...

On this past Saturday night my wife and daughter had a bad experience with a young man with a baby girl maybe between 2 1/2 to 3 years old begging to buy his baby girl some shoes which my daughter agreed even though she really couldn't afford it, anyways once we got to the self checkout he wanted my daughter to pay for more than a one pair of shoes. My daughter said she couldn't do that and the man got obnoxious. The 2 young ladies who were working in that area said nothing, they did see everything. The man walked away and most likely looking for someone else to get whatever else someone would buy him. As we walked outside and young lady asked us for money you could tell she was desperate.
