FIRE Roasted Chicken & Grill — Restaurant in Pompton Lakes

My husband and I were looking for a place to get wings last weekend when we remembered driving by this place a few weeks ago. We ordered 24 wings and a small order of chicken tenders. Easily the best wings in the area and easily the best chicken tenders we have ever had. They were even hand breaded right in front of us! Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly and their Fire sauce is amazing! Has great flavor and a nice kick to it. We decided to order again tonight but thought we’d give their rotisserie chicken a try along with a few sides. The chicken was extremely reasonably priced, seasoned well and cooked evenly. The white meat was juicy and tender and pretty much every morsel was edible. They even package everything very well! I tried the cucumber salad and the garlic parsley potatoes and can’t decide which I liked more. He had the corn and broccoli both very fresh and tasty yet healthy. Tried this place for the first time since it opened and was hopeful. $84 later and we were pretty disappointed. The wraps don’t come with anything like fries which is fine whatever. But the wraps are tiny for $9. My friend got the buff chick wrap and I got the chipotle wrap and as you can see in the picture the sizing is inconsistent. Rice was bland. Mac and chz was not very cheesy. Mozzarella sticks were cold and mozz was not melted at all after pickup and driving home 10 mins down the road. Delicious food except the Crispy Chicken is extremely Salty. I took one bite of my chicken and that was enough for me. The amount of salt I tasted was insane. I don't understand the idea of making chicken so salty to the point it tastes like your eating an entire bottle of salt . I was very disappointed because I had your food a while back by my friends house and it was amazing. The menu has definitely changed. I ended up eating my sides instead for dinner. Not sure if I'll eat here again unless...
