I go here every morning Monday thru Friday as my morning routine for work. Usually I order the same drinks which include teas, cappuccinos, or cold foam brews.
This morning, I ordered a grande iced cold foam brew and had asked what flavors they had. The girl told me the flavors. So I said cinnamon dolce. She then asked what milk I wanted; I said add cream please. She said ok anything else, I said yes a banana nut bread please, but then quickly said actually a blueberry muffin please. She then proceeded with a slight attitude and said is that all? I said yes and she said okay pull up and my amount.
When I got to the window, the usual man was there who always seems to have a negative attitude himself, but I can usually just look past it; however , I was handed a regular iced coffee and quickly said this is supposed to be a cold brew. The man made a face and then took it and spoke to the one who took my order. They went back and forth. He then has them fixing my drink and asked me if I wanted the cream in the drink and I said yes.
The female barista then has the nerve to tell me next time you order make sure you say cold foam brew. I said I did ask for the cold foam and then asked what kind of flavors I can get with it. She then proceeds to tell me that I did not. At this point I was extremely annoyed and told her, I come here every morning and order the same few drinks every time, I 100% stared at the screen which had the cold foam on it and ordered the cold foam brew. She said to me and chose to continue saying I didn’t. The guy came back and handed me the cold foam.
Needless to say, the female barista was extremely rude and could not admit that she had made a mistake. Instead she chose to argue with a customer.
I work retail and always perform the utmost best customer service because the Customer is always right. This motto usually follows all retail businesses.
To add: the coffee/cold brew that was made for me tasted horrible and was poorly made. The “cold foam” they added to fix the drink was not correctly made and the coffee tasted like a tiny little hint of cinnamon. If I wanted a regular coffee with cinnamon, I would have gone to Dunkin’.
Unfortunately I am extremely unsatisfied with her customer service and feel Starbucks should be more aware of the people they are hiring; they should also let their employees know that the customers are to leave happy and not aggregated by ignorance or an...
Read moreThis place is usually very busy and the workers are working hard! I appreciate you guys! Weirdly lately, (I come every day I have a problem), like the past week, like 4 outta 6 drinks were wrong. IDK if the speaker is messed up or what, no big deal, I notice when they hand it to me and they'll fix it. I don't love however when you get attitude because of their mistake. Usually everyone is very nice but every now and then.. oddly its always been the same blonde girl when I get attitude. It bothers me because I am extra nice and tip them $20 once a week. Regardless, there shouldn't be attitude.
Two times stand out, once I tried to add my tip on a card as I happen to be out of cash and I have done this before where they just ring your card for the tip only. I did not know this was possible until a few weeks ago when I asked if there was a way to tip on the app bc I had forgotten cash and the young man with a beanie on and beard said they just started accepting CC tips and away we went with that. Anyway, I tried to do this again and the kid at the drive-through was new and said "we dont do that I dont think," and I explained what I just typed and so the blonde in the background heard him and drops the garbage bag she was carrying in a huff and said what do they want, in a very annoyed fashion, he tried to explain while she was making such a face before even knowing the deal, and I cut it off and said, you know what - dont worry about it, I'll take the card back.
Second time, today, 4th time this week it was wrong, I got an attitude from the blonde working the drive through when I let her know. So...
Read moreI placed a mobile order at 12:45 I got to the speaker and was told they were working on it. I was in line for ten mins until I decided to walk in, just like everybody else I had somewhere to be and was not expecting my drink to take over 10 mins. When I walked in, the drink was JUST being started, but I was told it was being worked on 10 minutes prior. I walked in and said hi I’m here to pick up an order for Mackenzie from the drive thru, I didn’t even mention how long I’ve been waiting nor did I complain but I got attitudes from the staff. A guy with red hair I believe his name starts with an L, completely rolled his eyes at me, man is lucky they didn’t get stuck. He could’ve just told me to ask someone else..A blonde girl turned around and said I’m doing it now, with a snarky attitude. When my drink was done she didn’t place my drink on the counter she slid it across the counter .. disgusting attitudes and terrible customer service. I used to come here...
