Arby's — Restaurant in Ponca City

We went threw the drive thru and the person taking our order was polite but didn't get our order right. When we pulled forward and checked our bag I noticed just a sandwich missing. I tried to get inside all the doors were locked so I walked threw the drive thru.. After freezing in line for 10 minutes I was finally able to talk to the cashier, I told her what happened and she turned a her manager who then said to me "well she didn't charge you so if you want it you'll have to pay for it, we don't give out free food". I told her I had the drink and fries for my combo but not the sandwich. They closed the window and I guess pulled my order up and were too busy asking the girl who waited on me why she gave me a drink and fries for "free" instead of fixing anything. So I just walked away frustrated. My advice is don't hit Arby's close to closing time....

This is twice I went to get a roast beef curly fries and bring home two roast beef for my dog my roast beef were great what I have the problem with is the curly fries and the cup of cheese. I could not eat my curly fries twice in these two days I've been there period half a cup of cheddar for my curly fries first time the fries were so overdone I couldn't eat them so my dogs got them and they could barely eat them yesterday when I went there once again the fries were so overcooked I couldn't eat them the cup of cheese that you get for your curly fries it's only half full and it was cold I am tired of this I love Arby's but I am not going to keep going through the drive-thru and picking up stuff when I can't even get a decent curly fries here. Absolutely excellent service tonight. This place has become a regular stop for us. The Staff is far beyond friendly and they excel at customer service. Ran out of corn beef for the Reuben sandwich I ordered, but they came back with an amazing BURGER! The Waagu Steakhouse Burger is back! I was offered a Bacon Ranch Waagu Burger! Yummy a million times over! It was hot, fresh, crisp veggies and an out of this world juicy burger patty that is not lightweight. The burger was a guaranteed 1 in thick patty and it was cooked to pink perfection (that's they way the cut of meat is supposed to be). Definitely on our hit list! We are Arby's people.
