I come here all the time with my fianceè, its great for frozen custard and steak burgers. They also have a killer veggie burger that my lady loves, and their french fries are to die for (try them with their signature fry sause). They're very thin and crunchy and you get like a million of them. The frozen custard is delicous but they have a number of different desserts including cakes and brownies.
The lobby is very clean and stylish. They have lots of history as a business and proudly display the life of their founder, Freddy, who served in WWII i believe, all over the walls. Barely anyone working there today was seeing my grandparents today they wanted Freddyâs I got to say not the best experience they forgot my grandmas shake didnât store it properly so it melted I was suppose to have pickles on my sandwich didnât have them on there and my drink was wrong and the manager and a little blonde girl had attitude being rude the little blonde girl told me well you donât need the spoon and straw itâs melted I use to work there and yet Iâm a customer and they did not treat me like one lucky I was professional and wasnât rude back and even more lucky my grandma wasnât there she wouldâve raised hell on the manager and little girl who...

I went to Freddy's in Ponca City at 231pm on July 11, 2019 and ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches and two large fries.
When I get home, there are only two sandwiches in the bag when I ordered and paid for three. My bad for being in a hurry to get home and not checking my order in the store. I drove back to Freddy's and talked to the manager and they made my sandwich and gave me a card for a free meal which is fine but I don't like wasting 20 minutes having to drive back to the store.
