Subway — Restaurant in Ponca City

Unnecessary rudeness from Aaliyah (might not have gotten the spelling right) if you dont like serving people, find another job. Went in there about 5 p.m. to get my son a cookie. There were two people in line. The gentleman that was up next for a sandwich overheard me saying I only needed to get a cookie and so he was nice enough to let me go ahead of him. I was so disappointed about the rudeness of the server. She was throwing stuff around, made disgusting faces just because she had to take my order. She just exhibited very poor customer service. I went next door to the hair salon and while talking about my experience with my hairdresser she commented that they have had similar experiences with the same employee. Management needs to do a better job at teaching these girls good customer service. Won't go back to that...

Well there's a lot to tell actually. I quit my job at Subway the night that I found a giant hairball and I mean it's gross behind the counter by all the food I have a picture of it. And be careful one of those kids might just tell you off I could not put up with that either people not doing their job and still bitching about everything yeah I didn't deal with it with my own kids I'm definitely not going to deal with it with somebody else's kids... But things were just so dirty when I got there the drink stations a little clean right now because I'm the one that cleaned it last but it won't be clean for long cuz it was nothing but slime slime and more slime that whole Subway...

The Food here has always been good, service for the most part has been great, have had a couple questionable employees work here a time or two, but nothing bad enough to complain about. The establishment has always been clean and well taken care of. The restaurant is in a good location. The only thing I don't like is, if you are standing in line and they are currently taking your order and a call comes in or the app stuff they have nowadays sends a order thru they will stop what they are doing and start that order so that the order is ready for the delivery people to pick up and deliver.
