We waited at least 30 minutes for our order AFTER the screen said it was ready. By the time we received our food, it was dried out and barely any toppings. The wings "sauce" melted completely off. Paid about $55 for hard, cold, crusty pizza. The manager was going to give us a discount for cinnabons that we didn't have. When I told her we didn't have any of those, she took my receipt to go find my order. She came back with the other 2 pizzas. The other pizza and wings were in the warmer up front. When I asked her about a discount, she wanted to know what was wrong with my order. How long were my other pizzas just sitting back there? Everything was dried out and disgusting. No one wanted to eat it. It taste like card board and they weren't even cut all the way through. She said she couldn't give me a discount or refund, but she could give me a credit. Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas and a desert ($44.10) for delivery. They said it would arrive by 5:28. At 6pm I called and they said it was delivered. It wasn’t delivered. They checked and it was given to door dash, which I do not even have the app for and I refuse to use. They say they will have a new order delivered in 15-20 min. 1/2 hour to 45 min later I called asking where my food was and they said “sorry we got busy.” I cancel the order as it’s been over 2 hours at this point. They couldn’t do the refund because they didn’t know how. They said the district manager would call at 10am the next day because it went through door dash which was their doing not mine. By 10:15 no call from anyone. I went there at 10:30 and the employee had to call the district manager and be walked through the process. I got my money back finally. Walked in, and was spoken too, we went to the bathroom to wash up before we commenced on eating..only to stand at the counter for another 10 minutes while an employee played on her phone n never once asked if we needed to place or pick up an order. We left the establishment because as a kitchen manager of my own restaurant, and many many years of experience in the industry, i felt as though the place should have a policy on cellphone use at work.
