Horrible smoothie and policy!! My Grandma and I decided to get the strawberry and banana gladiator. We paid for them then left, we tasted them and it was horrible! We turned around to go get new smoothies, we told the guy. Then he talked to the shift leader, she reviewed the photoage to make sure he didn’t forget anything. This location is extremely unprofessional. They are trained to have the smoothies made in under 3 minutes. So, explain to me why I placed an order 10 minutes before I showed up, and had to wait an extra 20 minutes before they even started to make it??? I was late to my appt because of their unprofessionalism. I never have this problem at either of the Hammond locations. I love smoothies. I always get the same thing chocolate hulk. The workers there are very polite and very quick. I haven't ever had a bad experience through drive thru or when I walked inside.
