Since they opened I have been a regular customer. I've been waiting to write a review so it's actually informative and meaningful. This past week I had an issue with a product I purchased. I asked what I needed to do. I had to take pictures of my receipt and product labels and explain the problem in an email. I the spoke with the manager Ericka and Connor. They were very nice. Ericka told me she would make sure her quality control worker watched for my email. Rachel called and apologized for the problem and let me know it would be a couple days before she got back to me. I know there's a process to everything so I thanked her and waited to hear back. It only took a couple days and Rachel did call back and let me know they had a goody bag for me.
