Arby's — Restaurant in Pontiac

Decided to try the new steakhouse bacon/ranch burger. EXCELLENT! Hefty, juicy, just the right amount of lettuce, tomato, sauce, etc. Really good bun. Hope they keep it this way if it becomes a part of the permanent menu. As good a fast-food burger as I ever had. What with the lunch time drive-through in competition with the dine-in, it was a bit slow to get the food. Worth it though. REALLY glad to see dine-in resume. As I do not do takeout, this was nice to get back into an Arby's. NOTE: This restaurant needs to remove the open dining room sign or put something up that says it is NOT open even when the sign says it is. Got caught twice this past week (Sunday and today - Wed) trying to go in and the door is locked. Trying to have this burger mentioned above again but have NO interest in take-out. Ordered food here today, fries were cold, roast beef was dry and I was given my half pound roast beef smashed in a foil bag. When handed my receipt it was basically a bunch of QR codes in a line with no information on it. When we asked the guy at the window about it he just acted like we didn't say anything. But to top off the trip I decided to try the new lemonade the strawberry one with "real cane sugar". It tasted like strawberries and water with no sweetness whatsoever. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and 1 buffalo slider at 6:17ish on 3/18. The guy on the intercom said my total was $21. I said I no that wasn’t correct. Then a very rude female employee told me that was my total with a very rude tone in her voice instead of actually figuring out the problem first. It turns out that the guy on the intercom made a mistake and dialed in a 5 piece instead of a 3 piece meal along with a slider that was $15 which was correct! The whole point of this review is the female employee needs to leave her attitude at one home.
